Well if we don't want to use a few Btc to pay to get us onto bittrex, maybe we could use 0.3-0.4 Btc from the ICO to get us onto c-cex for some exposure and early trading before bittrex

No worries, the coin is even not one day old. Give the coin some time to grow, getting a coin too fast on a exchange is not the best option, people will dump it like crazy as demand is small when you compare it with the supply. if you wait 1 week or so, and DEV can have more and more people interested in the coin then the demand will increase and supply stay the same.

I'm less concerned about making a reward from PoS than I am supporting the network and making less PoW blocks..
I could mine but I only have a 2 Mh/s rig, lol.

I've rented 1.5 GH/S to cover my ICO investment, how less coins miners have to dump how more my ICO coins will be worth

In fact renting a rig when the hashrate is below 10 GH/s can give you some nice results.

On that note, I would like to help it get to other exchanges though. So, I'm willing to make an offer... 25 Riskcoin to any member I feel I can trust (high user ranking, your "trust" score, are factors I might take into account, as well as the user's level of involvement with this coin or what I've seen in past coins I've followed and/or gotten involved in) who's willing to sell them on btcpool (or elsewhere, maybe even just a user-to-user transaction on here) at a lower-than-current-offers price in order to get some BTC to put towards either voting or other costs involved in getting listed on a larger exchange (BitTrex, C-Cex, Cryptsy, whatever. I'm not so much fussed with which one; and it could also be towards other factors than directly getting on the exchange, such as fulfilling general pre-requestites).

The reason I don't just do this myself is,
1) I'm fairly new here, so it's probably less likely people will trust me to do this directly
2) I'm not overly familiar with the processes of getting coins listed on exchanges, so I'd rather leave that to someone else
