... cbcm is a startup, I am proud to help startup businesses. ...
Unless you're a miracle worker, it's just another failed Havelock IPO Along with its retarded sibling, Provenance ASIC.

The DataTank Mining project is in cooperation with ASICMiner not an offering of ASICMiner.
And current dividends due will be paid out in full prior to this new crowdfunding plan? Here's how I see this evolution; ASICMiner needs this to work so that they can, in turn be paid for their chips, and in turn, pay dividends due. Yes, very much ' in cooperation' with AM, is evident. Whether it works out or not, AM will still be paid for the chips that are used in this project. Do you think AM is just handing out free chips or something? Silly Spondoolie shill, what's it like being a cheap whore? I can't recall mentioning anything about any other hardware manufacturer. The discussion which is current, is regarding the use of further crowd-funding to enable AM to pay dividends on past crowd-funded endeavours.

Are you really trying to tell us that your constant trashing of every asic manufacturer (besides spongebobtech) is in no way related to the fact that you get paid to pimp spongebobtech hardware? You don't need to have a reverse hardon for every company that is not giving money to spongebobtech. This project is using AM chips. Get over it.

DataTank Mining project is a customer of AM. AM is one of the - if not THE - healthiest BTC HW business and is not "crowdfunding" anything. Now crawl back to the cave you came from and troll in some other thread. And take the other two trolls with you.

Please explain to me how a customer of A.M. choosing to fund raise in this way in any way reflects negatively on A.M.? Are you inferring that there isn't enough demand without this IPO for A.M. to sell out Gen 3? On what information are you basing this assertion? If I produced and sold peppermint sticks, and a schoolyard bully stole someone's lunch money to buy said peppermint sticks, that would in no way reflect poorly on my product or business practices. Nor would it mean that I wouldn't be able to sell my peppermint sticks without schoolyard bullying. If you are going to keep up with the proper FUD throwers around here, you really need to work a bit harder at it.

How blinkered you remain. If DataTake Mining were a customer, they would have paid for the product directly, without the need to request crowd funding, it's a simple point, perhaps you will take a few seconds longer to comprehend it before lashing out abruptly with abuse. I made no such assertion that it reflects negatively on anyone. I posed the question; why crowd funding? I'd have expected, if these chips have already been sold, then shareholders should see some dividends, and if the sale is subject to fulfilment of the crowd funding, then shareholders will be waiting even longer for dividends.

When would a Spondoolie miner break even if I bought one now? What's that? You don't know because you can't predict the future?
Of course I can't predict the future. The same way you can't predict when will you receive dividends. It can be in 1 month, it can be in 6 months. Are you that ignorant or plain stupid? DataTank Mining project is a customer of AM. AM is one of the - if not THE - healthiest BTC HW business and is not "crowdfunding" anything.

Healthiest? How come? AM is just cash-less sitting on 60PH worth of wafers. Where is the health in there? They can't even help the bitcoin network with some hashpower of their own so that Ghash can go below the 50% share. AM self-mining is just a joke at this moment. Their future relies on selling inefficient chips to customers.

I posed the question; why crowd funding? It's really quite simple. They lack the capital. Would it be better if they took non-refundable preorders instead? AM is just cash-less sitting on 60PH worth of wafers Is 60P worth of wafers not healthy? Spongebobtech had to crowdfund via non-refundable preorders just to build something like half that amount even though they didn't lack the capital. Of course I can't predict the future. The same way you can't predict when will you receive dividends. It can be in 1 month, it can be in 6 months. So why are you asking us questions we cannot answer?

We'll take dividends any way we can get them. Also on the plus side, DataTank will be able to buy the chips with BTC instead of fiat. ^ THIS. now calm down, errbody cool. this is AM's official thread.

I used to feel there was more in building mining equipment then mining but I've since revised that to there's more in obtaining crowdfunding and pre-order money.

I thought their operation was funded with VC, eliminating the need for pre-orders.

The company ran 9 months without taking any money and they got the SP10 miner in the market without the need for pre-orders. Not something that AM did anyway. Enjoy your non-existing dividends blind shareholders.

Is 60P worth of wafers not healthy?
Of course it's not healthy if they won't sell. How do you presume FC bought 60P worth of wafers if the chips were not selling? They will sell as long as it remains the best deal. Spongebobtech had to crowdfund via non-refundable preorders just to build something like half that amount even though they didn't lack the capital.

Enjoy your non-existing dividends blind shareholders. So it's completely acceptable to take preorders because you sold in stock built to order hardware? Regardless of whether the investments were private or not, the company did not run 9 months with no funding. But yes you are right AM did not take 9 months to produce working hardware. They did it in only 6. Both AM and spongebobtech used VC to produce and sell hardware. But only spongebobtech is crowdfunding via non-refundable preorders.
