Signing a message when staking the address prevents mistakes. They won't be the first to post an exchange's address.

The user will be questioned to verify the email address you've used during your registration. If he appears unable, then what you're claiming will be confirmed.

What's a stake affiliate link? Do you mean that you had staked an address prior that message's submission? If yes, there are ways you can search for deleted or edited messages.

You have also another addy from kucoin but I don't know if you still have control on it, you can't sign a message but maybe send a few satioshi to the recovery team for proof. IDK.

My email was compromised two months before. Somehow, I retrieved it and put 2FA. But, I forgot to change the password of bitcointalk forum which had the same password. I think this is the same one who hacked my email.

That was two three years before, mostly they are crypto exchange deposit addresses which I have no control of. I believe, I have never given my personal wallet address anywhere. Anyway, even if I don't get my account back, I don't want him to use my account and post on my behalf.

That's up to Cryptios to decide if you (or the other guy) follows instructions in Recovering hacked/lost accounts.

Posting a signed message is a claim on the account but it doesn't prove that the signer is the legitimate owner.

Posting a second signed message using the same address proves that the second signer is the same person as the first signer.
