India actually doing well by giving the chances and to get experience with the one of the best team and considering the ODI series being already won then the changes did took place. So it is actually not a bad idea and might be we will see 1-2 changes again to happen as they lost T20 match badly.

India only lost the 1st T20. T20 and ODI is totally different format, different strategy. I am sure they will come back in the next T20 to tie it 1 - 1. India should focus on their ODI team for the world cup. They have better chance to win the world cup.

If they want to test the players they should have done that during the one day series and not in the shorter format, may be the team has given rest to the main players who will make the world cup team so that new players will get some opportunity and if someone can perform really well and take the team to victory they will be getting more opportunity.

They did in the one day series too. Subman Gill and Vijay Shankar played in the last ODI. So, it's not a big deal. India give rest to a little players only. There was no big chances.

I agree as its not a big deal right now with India resting players and trying out other players against one of the top contenders in New Zealand. Its best to try different things against the top teams and get an idea where the players are at for when the time comes for the World Cup. T20/Odi is different formats but still they are similar as ODI matches have changed since T20 was introduced and that is why we see some big totals being scored in ODI matches now compared to before T20 was introduced.

The females match between India and New Zealand had a nail biting finish, all credit goes to the New Zealand team for holding their nerves and winning it in the last ball. I felt team India’s batting disappointed me, but they made it up in ther bowling department but just felt short of a victory. It’ll be interesting if their male counterparts can succeed and beat New Zealand, but for me New Zealand are the favourites to win this match.

There are many quality spinners to choose from at the moment like Chahal and Krunal Pandya which is why Shastri might be choosing randomly among them.

With India winning 2nd T20 it has made the series more competitive and finally people will be looking for the 3rd T20 which is more like the series decider and also the final match of the series. Also will need to watch if India make any changes to their playing team of last match or will they go with the same combination.

Shastri must be drunk so don't mind him. he's a good cheerleader.

But its good strategy to keep Kuldeep away from 20-20 games for now. We all know what a gun bowler he is and you don't want to expose your key bowler in less important 20-20 series. there is a good couple of reason for that IMHO.

1. Indian Team wanna test New players so that they can have more option in World Cup Squad.
2. Being low profile before the World cup is good for a player sometimes, you don't want to attract unnecessary attention.

I will want opposite. I would like to see India to chase and NZ to score over 190 runs in their innings. It will be an interesting chase. India is capable to chase that amount of runs.

As of now, England Standing on 64/1 . English opener once again failed to build an opening partnership. Rory Burns looks determined tho and playing very carefully. let's see what happen from here. We still have 60 overs to go.

England played far better than previous matches on day 1. Although they had lost 4 wickets within 107, Buttlar and Stokes have carried England to 231 and still no more wicket fallen. I think they are going to have a 350+ scores which will be a good score.
