This is because of greed, many people want to be rich, have a comfortable life, be worshiped by all and the money can give you all this and more. These scammers (criminals) make promises to give you high returns on your investment.

Imagine investing $ 10 and three days later you have $ 30? many people believe it and ends up being wrong, people do not care to know how the OP these sites get money to pay. Only invest because they want to have more money and are stolen.

Haha, I'm not really useless, just being sarcastic because I didn't have a site to report (I ain't going to gamble away what I can't afford to lose, so I'll likely never have anything to report), but I figured, seeing that this was near the bottom at the time, that I would give it a boost to help people who are willing to take the risk.

People do not have that awareness that $1, $0.50 is too much money.
