Hi. I'm Andrew, I got into bitcoin and pooled mining a bit a couple years ago, then let it fall by the wayside, so you can imagine how much I'm kicking myself for not getting a couple hundred BTC when they were $3 a piece. However, now I'm working on a custom art business (calligraphy, specifically) trading for bitcoin. I kind of like how high-tech currency meets decidedly low-tech methods of communication in what I'm doing.

don't be so negative, the 5-post-4-hour-rule is there for a reason: to get rid of the trolls. NOT to piss newcomers off.

I am here, introducing myself, even though I've been on the forums for two years now. So I lurk, is that such a crime? I couldn't have been grandfathered?

Bitcoins! Yay! Bubble? Boo!

I feel like I should be saying something important, but really, who's going to read this?

Hey, kinda here only because I wanted to help a member here testing new software for nvidia gpus hopefully. Want to see how far my Titan SLI setup can stretch its' legs and hopefully learn a bit more. Already done a lot of reading on bitcoins on the financial side (financial professional), and just starting to learn about LTCs.

Hi,

I am a developer, looking to build new types of software based on bitcoins. Paid content distribution, smart contracts, automated trading - that sort of thing.

Robots are going to rule the world anyway, might as well join the winning team Grin

Hello. I am not new to bitcoins, but I am ready to apply myself to the idea now, and so I am now trying to network with the community. I have been thinking about opening up a bitcoin business, but have been at a loss for what I should do. But tonight, along with joining this, I decided to create a forum for buying and selling freelancing services. ( http://www.bitcoinfreelancing.forumotion.com ) I am also interested in entrepreneurship, libertarian politics, and international living. Cheesy The memberships for my site at the moment are free, but that won't last for long.

Hey everyone, I am somewhat new to bitcoin.  I have been mining for about a week now and have been following posts and news in general for a few weeks.  I find the crypto-currency phenomenon to be fascinating and am having fun experimenting with it!

Hi, I'm Wenter. I've known bitcoin for about a year already, but I didn't buy any (which I now really regret). I operate a (very small) Litecoin mining rig with a friend of mine. Now it's just about making enough posts to get access to the other sections Cheesy
