Hi Claymore!
Thx for the excellent software. But some problem has a place to be. If one of the cards hang, it is impossible to close Zecminer. In order to start it again. Even more...it is impossible to reboot a computer through windows. Could You comment this case?

Background: This machine is a clone of another that is working 100%. It is 6x RX 480 Sapphire Nitro+

V7: 1x card working at HALF strength
V8: 1x card NOT working at all.
v9: 1x card working at TREBLE! strength

For some reason, one of the cards is working at ~650 Sol/s !!
I have restarted the machine multiple times while adjusting overclocks, remove overclocks, underclocking etc and this card still has numbers exceeding 600...

... the downside: lots and lots of REJECTED SHARES. 30%+

http://imgur.com/a/1FiDu

(The value's to the right are the ASIC scores. This is one of my 'in-the-middle' machines)

Any recommendations, solutions, suggestions?

Pre-emptively; the riser has been replaced multiple times, each with new risers to make sure one I didn't swap in a dud.

FYI: Each of my RX 480's are between 228-235 sol/s. Each machine is on average 1.380 KSol/s

I just tried the V9 my speeds have improved but for some reason 1 of my cards is hashing @ 416.995 H/s now that may sound great but all the shares are being rejected by that card?
I have all RX480 all with the same bios? Rest of the cards are all hashing around the 200+ mark .

Any Ideas anyone? I have restarted my rig to see if that would do anything

Have you tried disabling and then re-enabling the card? If i get a low hash rate this is what I do.

v9.0:

- improved speed by 3-20% (depends on card model). About 310H/s on stock 390X, 220H/s on stock RX480, 295H/x on stock Nano.
- added "-i 7" and "-i 8" values, about 1% speedup, but can be unstable in some cases.
- added SSL/TLS encryption support for better security, see "-zpool" option description in Readme file for details.
- added "License.txt" file that contains the License Agreement.
- added "-v" option.
- several bug fixes and minor improvements.
- EthMan: improved saving options.

What card shows highest hash rate increases (by your estimate?) Also. Are we at the end of the runway for updates or at least a significant slowdown of hash rate increases?

270x:  +20%
4xx:   +15%

I don't expect much higher speeds like +30-50%.

What happen to -a option?

My results when switching from v8 to v9:
RX480: 205 -> 235 sol/s
HD7970: 205 -> 215 sol/s
HD7950: 200 -> 210 sol/s (heavily modded Sapphire, clocks 1070/1500)

Good job and thanks, I see much improvement for Polaris!

MSI Rx 470 8gb - 212 h/s - 1242/2000
Sapphire R9 290 tri x - 270 h/s - 1100/1250
Sapphire R9 290 dual x - 265 h/s - 1100/1250

Approx 747-750 h/s

60h/s faster than v8 for me.

What driver do you use for 290?
