Yes I saw that... all this for 0.15btc...   (either this coin will be huge as the reward decreases pretty fast, either it will be a huge flop... if it does like juggalo...) don't even understand why so many people mining this... (especially with the current difficulty... in 1 day on 1gh I did around 100MNR)

I moved too, to JPC solomining, I found 1 block over night.
I think the best technique for the jackpot, is to put one card in every pool (I have only 3 cards...    )
But as the code is working, no point in doing anything before 2weeks... since we know when the jackpot will hit

So what am I doing wrong with -groestl and -myr-gr?  Mining with  780ti's, it starts ok, connects to whatever pool I'm pointed at, I get a hashrate on both cards, maybe a "yay!" or two, then it just starts going crazy with hashrate spam for several seconds (like, hundreds of lines per minute), then there's a driver crash on one or both cards, and hashrate spam will continue until I terminate the binary.  Needless to say, in all this spam, there are no shares found

Doesn't matter if I use 3.0, 3.5, or 5.0 exe, and does it with v0.5, v0.7, and v0.8.  Does this with stock clocks, does it with just one card or both.  Windows 8.1 x64, 337.50 drivers, SLI is disabled.  No issues mining anything else with this rig (though hefty will freak out on startup sometimes in a similar manner but finds shares while doing it, it clears up after a restart or if I wait long enough)

Its while the pool adjusts to the diff for your cards. Its normal and you have to wait it out.

I still think solo is better if you're patient...it takes a bit longer to average out, but I don't pay no fees, and I get ALL the jackpot for me if I ever get one, whilst staking coins too.
First 24hs netted me 600k coins, second 180k so far.

Btw JPC is a very addictive coin. The only problem I found so far is a lot of miners want to mine this coin while not many people want to buy it. Who wants to buy from a jackpot which 1000x more than normal? If the dev won't find solutions for spend this coin I don't think it will last. But it takes time. Hopefully my feeling is wrong. That coin is actually very nice.

actually it isn't bad, there is a little more  than 5btc buy orders (mostly at 2sat)

I bet you would have done well. I have 9 cards (amd & nvidia) and didn't get squat. I was trying to help people via IRC to get going which caused a slight delay.  Plus like a dummy I forgot to clear the app folder so I got an invalid genesis block and couldn't sync my wallet. I was delayed about 15 to 20 minutes.  The first 10 to 20 minutes was when everyone was scoring all the blocks.

Quite frankly, I couldn't care less about coin names, I have some stoopidcoin, borgcoin, etc.. Mjollnir seems pretty ok to me

ok so 4 hours at mining pool hub has net me 23k JPC, so about 140k a day, think i may be better of risking solo mining
tempted to go back to groestl but me needs the new miner
