maybe include region or country when posting you've got the tracking number.  there could be a pattern grouped by region.

Just talked with them on phone. It seems my order 8xx is in last stages of production and last date of shipment for all orders is 15 Oct. i am just keeping my fingers crossed that my order is shipped quickly..i live in Middle east and soon there is long public holidays are gonna start which may cause my order to be stuck ....
