I've got multiple #3xx and #7xx day-1 orders from KNC and I've received not even a hint of a tracking number.   How are people receiving them?

I guess I must be one of the really lucky ones that wound up with a shipment.  If you don't have a shipping notice now, you probably won't get one until tomorrow.  We will all have our devices in the very near future - I wouldn't worry.  By the way phoenix, June 3rd is the very first day they accepted payments (you didn't pay the 2nd).  My payment was completed through paypal around 10 am on the third.

I'm starting to stress but am trying to be patient. The fact that management console information for hosted customers hasn't been released nor pool login information is beginning to worry me.  The decision to go hosted was entirely based on their statement that the units would be hashing within hours of production.  Obviously if customers electing to ship receive their units before hosting begins the $2100 I paid for hosting was a complete waste of money.

Of course, if your 10:00 am was Sweden time, then it was a few hours before mine and all could be proceeding normally.

As has been stated, for 1-500 orders the payment date is irrelevant as long as they were paid by 6/10/13. The queue position of those orders is determined by the pre-order (not paid) date.


We will open up the order books soon and give everyone a chance to pay for their preorder (7 days), We will then ship them based on the preorder registration number, not when the order was paid for

as long as the order is paid for within the 7 days we will honor the queue placement. if you pay on day 8 you will simply enter the queue from the back

I hope this helps if you do sell your order number all I will need is an email from both parties and I will do the rest, they will get your queue placement. it can’t however be for more than your registered amount of boxes and we will not split preorders into multiplies

Bitcoinorama, I don't have a dog in the ring, but I am in your corner.  Please, review the posts here about hosting, and, if representations were in fact made concerning timely uptimes, beseech KnC to make good on those representations.

Just about everything has been done in a way that has made their performance the anti-BFL, anti-Avalon provider; the good will being generated is assuredly huge and valuable to them.  Time and resources are undoubtedly scarce, but please don't let that reservoir of good will be drained by things that slip through the cracks which could be avoided with a little care.

I would advise KnC to ship as just "KnC", not KnCMiner

I think it would be more advisable to change the invoice/packaging manifest to read "Currency computational device" or something neutral like that, rather than have the word "Bitcoin" or "Bitcoin Miner" anywhere.
