KNC  delivered a broken product and does not reply to any of our phone calls or emails to solve the issue. Angry

They respond to all emails, and are answering calls fine. Phone's free now, when engaged it does just ring though, there's no 'busy' tone. I found that out myself, but not replying to emails, or phone calls is simply not true.

Call now...

I've made same experience not long ago.

No one picking up the phone during business hours.
Is there a blacklist ?

Have tried it several times during a business day, at the end I was forced to solve it through mails..

others were not able to catch one on the phone as well

Cheers for the help O'rama. Do you have any estimates on ship dates for November's batch? Will it be the end of this week, or beginning of next?

Thanks.

It won't be this week, they are still tweaking.

Production is set for mid, IMO it maybe be on the latter side of mid, playing devil's advocate as I don't want to be held responsible for promising anything, that said I've seen what they can do, and no I'm not telling.
O'rama, will these upgrade modules come "tweaked" for extra performance??

Could you please post a pic of that adapter for attaching this cooler.

Ignore the holes near the centre, they will probably be blank and aren't needed to affix the heatsink down.

So these custom made bars won't be included?  I'm confused...

Ugh. Lost my Jupiter order. I saw the option for credit card, stupidly clicked it,

then emailed them to change it to Paypal. Looked today and they cancelled it without communication. Goddamn it.  Angry

I was already nursing a faulty VRM Mercury, I should just be happy with my 142GH.

With blood in the water, I feel left out of this feeding frenzy.

Really shitty of them that they won't sell the upgrades for fiat.

Well, on to research the next up and coming latest and greatest.....

Quote
We have received a broken KNC Miner and gave them time to solve the issue until today.
Unfortunately they do not reply to our emails and phone calls (!).

Not only that we paid a premium to KNC for fast-delivery (confirmed by Sam), worst is to have received a broken unit and just get ignored by this company.

This is completely unacceptable ! If you face similiar problems please post here.

For the moment we advise you to file a complaint at the Swedish Consumer Agency:

I can unequivocally call this a lie. It's the second time you've stated it and it's a lie. I have had 2 emails to knc customer service ignored. I totally believe Hiroaki if he/she says emails have been ignored. There are plenty of posts on the knc forum where people have said their emails have been ignored. Anyway, keep up the lying, I guess it's what you are paid for.

And nice to see that the minute knc announce a fire-sale, you are on here 24/7 to shill it up.

Question - are they boards they are selling GUARANTEED to hash at over 140GH? Or am I right in my assumption that any RMA'd board that hashes over 100GH is fair game for this sale?

I await you ignoring my questions as usual.

Let me know your order number I won't ignore you.

Don't believe your a customer. All emails get answered, unless it's abuse.

In any case you're wrong , or lying, as usual. Surely your imaginary contact in the fab that can help.

I mentioned so those know can order.

Sold out in 7 mins btw.

Make my day! Say thanks if you found me helpful Smiley BTC Address --->

Snagged one.
Then at the last moment I wanted 2, but they were removed from the listing :S Oh well! Thats what you get when you hesistate, just like the original Jupiter order you goofball!!!!  Cheesy

But yeah, shipping was rather expensive. If its truly next day, ok, but $70 to NY was a lot for a board with no heatsink. My Mercury cost $120 and that included the heatsink AND metal case.

They could have left the page up though!! That information was nice.

Glad I got in there,

They went pretty damn quick.

Would love to be at NewEgg going "Hey what the f**k are all these heatsinks selling for??!?!"

Also made it VERY clear that I actually wanted UPS and not DHL shipping.

May actually get it in less than a week
