Another huge drop on massive volume. The second highest volume spike of the week, but it was pretty big so there’s hope this could be the bottom. Probably is for the day I would think. Wall Street must be getting out. Saylor will have to do something drastic or we might start getting near them having to sell territory. If MSTR liquidates, that will be quite a show.

Again a large red candle at 3 p.m. GMT+1 (9 a.m. EST) Every single day for the last week that hour was a dump and a volume spike. Wall Street?

Feels very orchestrated, but also very panicky.

IMO there are no signs of a bear market yet. I see a clean bounce of 200 dma, which was often a level of bull market correction in the previous cycles.
Also, last cycle a 50% correction happened in a bull market and was followed by an ATH, just like in 2013 we had a 70% bull market correction, so bitcoin likes to make fools of TA fanboys.

I agree that this isn’t a bear market. We would have to drop below $49K for me to admit that. This did feel like a very proper dip though. Definitely not one for ants. Takes me back to the bull run of 2017. I hope the destination is still the same.

I don’t like the 50% last cycle comparison. I point to that as the SBF fraud and no other explanation.

I dont really know but i has been always very spectical about the ""hackers"" from North Korea i mean for sure they exist but i dont think they are that good like some press and people from the internet wants us to believe.

They have ton of hours are goverment support yes, but they still very poor in formation and in other specials tools.
And another thing more of this kind of things are not ""hacker"" is more like a well design social enginering and poor employers.

I don't care about NK, but Lazarus is one of the most skilled hacker groups in the world. So don't underestimate them, IMO.

Ah shit. Didn't even reach my 84.7K stop buy. I got too greedy. Oh well. 89K is still a bargain.

Over 7% is quite a drop. :/

Oh look, my stop buy triggered.

19% discount fire sale on 100K Bitcoins right now.

you should have done 83.9k bro.

I am stacking like a mofo right now

I’m a little worried about trying to catch a falling knife so I am just watching. This price drop seems crazy though. All this triggered by a 1,5 billion dollar theft that is only 1/3 cashed out as of now? The whole thing seems fishy and manipulated. I’m numb to dips at this point, but I am concerned that I’m not seeing something that is happening.

we are seeing the effects of the musky trumpeter cooler effect.  Maybe 66k and we reverse upwards

very much like 2021 we should double top in the fall.

so Trump was Bad for Bitcoin (although price doubled with his election) and this cycle's high will be around 110k...

your world is quite depressive...

Price early drop $82356 and the next major support $79K

Yesterday too, after the price of Bitcoin went down a lot, it quickly recovered again, today it is again in the same early down and it is recovering a little early. The next major support is at $79k if Bitcoin when the price will hits this price at that time all panic sellers will exit their holdings.
And then all the whales will buy bitcoins in large quantities, and at that time the price of bitcoins may go to $120-$150k. tight holders always gain and panickers lose

I mean what would this place be without the rollercoaster experience?

You are correct.. Volatility is pretty damned close to inevitable, and the short-term direction cannot really be proclaimed with certainties, even though several of us seem to retain decently good ideas about where our lillie fiend is heading, even if the path might not be exactly straight.

psychodad's vision has seen better days

FTFY .. with slight divergence of the spelling

Hopefully your fox is not as psycho as you.

The number of public companies holding #Bitcoin has surged 139% since 2023, yet adoption remains below 1%.

We’re still in the first chapter of corporate adoption.

I quoted for visibility and fixed your image to a more reasonable size. It would be good to have a link.. and then maybe some further comment about things you post... especially since you are newbie in these here parts.

I somehow inadvertently inserted myself into this wager, out of frustration, mostly... However, i am more than happy to be the third adjudicator in this and also act as a third reminder of such wager! Rules are crystal clear, that i am sure i will not be needed.

Good Luck to you both!

WatChe has lost. price below 90k @ stamp

however this also means (aside from lost bet) its BUY THE DIP time
Wager 0.0003 BTC has been sent to JJG Bitcoin address provided by him via PM.

JJG please confirm so that this can be officially closed.

Yep.  I confirm that this bet matter can be officially closed, since I received 0.0003 BTC / 30,000 sats from WatChe, which was the required amount to comply with our bet.

I will elaborate and say that since this is a very small amount and a small UTXO, I had some back and forth with WatChe regarding my preference to receive the transaction through lightning network rather than receiving it on-chain, but WatChe was not set up to achieve sending or receiving of BTC payments through lightning network, even though I also made such earlier statements of my expectations that due to the small size of the transaction, we would most likely have preferences to transact through lightning network.

From my point of view, a less than preferred outcome since we transacted this small amount on-chain rather than by lightning network, but there is nothing for me to officially dispute since the transaction met the requirements of our bet in regards to timeliness of payment from WatChe, relatively prompt communications from WatChe, and by my having had timely-received 30k sats into the bitcoin address, once I provided the onchain address to WatChe.

Edit:  Maybe I should not be complaining so much since I will admit that I did kind of cajole WatChe into such bet, while at the same time agreeing to go along with such small bet amounts, which such low amounts would have had been even worse, if I were to have had to have paid WatChe with ONLY 3,000 sats (upon a scenario of my having had lost)... and 3,000 sats surely seems like a lightning network amount, even moreso than my 30,000 sats received amount.

the critical range will be between $ 75,000 and 80,000$, and if this range breaks down, we will see a massive drop. however  given the volume of investments by large companies and US TREASURY purchases, it is likely that there will be some time for this price range to hold and be supported.

RSI seems to be irrelevant.

Hope i'm wrong but it looks like a massive Bart in the making to $70k unfortunately.

Maybe this time you will be correct, Paashaas?  Sooner or later, you have gots to become correct.

buy buy buy
I am loading up bigly

66k baby here we come.

loving the price of eth drop even bigger. f. u.   mr v. suck on those 2 coins you stole from me.

$66k?  What are the odds?  Perhaps less than 50/50.. but it does not seem  to be strong enough to be bettable at least for me,  unless I could get odds.

Oh gawd.. You are retarded too?

Saylor/MSTR does not have bitcoin as collateral, and even if the BTC price goes below their average cost per BTC, that does not mean that they "have to sell."

Amateur and ill-informed comments.

Sure Saylor/MSTR could choose to sell, but that would be another story.. and probably he would  be subjected to a lot of lawsuits since he has been so clearly and unambiguously proclaiming no intentions of selling.  ONLY intentions to buy.

Still not a 30% drop from ATH
I wouldn’t want it to go there but still it always did

As I type this post, about 25% so far.  $82,133/$109,356

Here’s what is going to happen:

1. @gamestop buys $5 billion worth of Bitcoin.
2. GameStop changes its name to “₿ Stop” and installs Bitcoin ATMs at all of its 4,170 stores worldwide, including 2,915 in the United States.
3. GameStop becomes #1 place to buy/sell non-KYC Bitcoin.
4. ATM fee revenue surpasses traditional game sale revenue.
5. GameStop hodls BTC from ATM fees, further increasing Bitcoin stack.
6. $GME rockets to $696 per share.
7. GameStop’s market cap is now greater than Wells Fargo.
