This is an exciting day for all of you, but particularly for you noobs. My advice is not to treat this simply as free money. Instead, treat it as it should be, a reward for helping. So, with that said, this week, try and help others. Point out guides to the newbie members, make them feel welcomed. Try not to focus on the price of Onion, but what you can do to increase it.

If we all do our parts, the value will go where it should.

#2 My advice would be to wait for Ticketing system on deeponion.org (but who knows when that's going to be opened)

Multiple people will tell you multiple things on how to get back into airdrop. The truth is nobody knows, and there is no clear answer.
You have a + though, you know why you were blacklisted so you can fix it, so once #1 is fixed and your posts are in order go to:

Quick idea to make airdrop even better: exchange the generic "We are sorry that your application for DeepOnion..." with some popular cases like "wrong signature", "low quality posts", "low amount of posts", "suspicious ip" or some other ones (like "we hate you"). Because that feels strongly unfair to got rejected and, well, even banned, without single idea of what is wrong. I carefully read rules again and can't see the one I'm breaking, so looks like re-review will help, but there'e a lot chances to get finally permabanned then for the same unknown for me reasons.

So, anyway it looks strange that banned users count is twice as many as accepted, even quite suspicious. Too hard selection? Yeah why not, it's all for those who are accepted to feel stroke of good luck? So, okay, there are motivated now. But what about others?
