At my work place, we also work off the SCRUM process. I am not in IT or system support but I am the business unit that these teams support. I participate as the Manager of the business unit on these scrum meetings and I can vouch for the scrum process. It is a very effective tool that ensures goals are constantly created, completed, and new goals are set. Good stuff.. Good luck to you guys.

we completely understand your concern and it will definitely be a challenge. Nevertheless legal compliance is our number one priority and therefore we oblige to install KYC. There is no way around if you want to build a healthy and long lasting company. This might be the harder way, but investors & users will benefit from it in the future.
We have also put a lot of effort into making it as user friendly as possible and came up with some cool ideas

Its a clash of cultures no doubt,  I always thought crypto should be used for the smallest of transactions and benefit from the speed and efficiency of online transaction processing intelligently but its also involved with big money now.     I doubt this company has much choice on this matter as its a conventional established registered company and its actually cheaper to handle it up front then retrospectively.  The main concern is its done properly and fairly handled

I thought similar but the internets a big place and I dont think it could be expected one company controls all usage of Ethereum even when its a particular token.    I guess there are systems like XRP where its all centrally controlled on puppet strings and they could be expected to have in their grasp everyones personal usage but from what I've read that wont be the case here.    If I wanted to pay the milkman with some PLAY token then thats my business affair and responsibility, I really dont want anyone messing with that idea personally.    This is part of why China has been so against crypto though its a complicated country they dont generally dont like or respect free exchange..  

 I've offered in the past  if anyone wants to trade my digital goods, a steam account for some PLAY they can contact me as I'm happy to hold PLAY vs reasonable prospects.  Thats obviously just my personal take but generally price is a poor indicator by itself, its obvious the wider dynamics to ETH is effecting this project like a rip tide

To clarify this issue:

The KYC process has nothing to do with HEROcoin ($PLAY), but every use case (like our herosphere.gg) has to have a KYC process. This means if you  use herosphere.gg you have to take part in this process.
When HEROcoin ($PLAY) is used by a third party provider, there should be a KYC process too. But this depends (as we wrote on Medium) on every use case provider. If you bought HEROcoin ($PLAY) in our ICO, you already took part in our KYC process regarding the ICO.
