For long term surely you can hold it. Ethereum will develop to much. There will be great updates for the next year and this can affect the price pozitively. No doubt you can hold.

hold dude! We'll be seeing some crazy returns in 2018, BTC by then might reach 10k but the point about ETH is that finally many expected releases will be launched, which many of us have been waiting for. Ethereum will become much more private and that will attract both consumer and institutions who are looking to ensure that their customer's data re well protected. Besides that we'll be seeing proof of stake soon which is kinda big in itself. It's one of the few coins that will have that integarted and it will drive further demand for the coins, as everyone will be looking to stack up to ETH in order to validate transactions and receive the respective rewards. It's exciting times and I think the worst thing you can do is to sell. Just hold and believe.

That target is being talked now between lots of professional traders too. But it's a hard one to get honestly. If it becomes real, eth holders will benefit from this and enjoy their ethereums. 250 eth is a good amount to enjoy profit.

Why would you sell that 250 Ethereum coins ? If you really really really need to sell that ethereum for fiat , do it , i mean if your family needs urgently money do it and help it .
If you want just spending on cars or other stuff don't do it , just hold as more you can

My opinion is, if you don't need the money now then you should hold it for long time. You should wait until the eth price is not high. Just look coin markets, although eth has dropped a bit but its not really dropping low. You can even wait till the end of the year if you want to profit a lot from here.
After all you should sell this 250 ETH if ETH will high Not now when ETH price is low if you want to profit.

I will hold my Ethereum until I see 4 digits. I invested big money like you for long term. When I see Bitcoin rising trend I believe Ethereum will follow eventually. Why would I sell? There is no other safe altcoin in this business as Ethereum. I suggest you to HODL tight as well.
