If you run the scan on any of the other wallets in these airdrops they all say the same thing on https://www.virustotal.com. Apparently it is quite common: You have this with many wallets. They have an IRC bot included to find partner servers to sync blocks from - those are recognized as trojans sometimes as many botnets use the same technology. https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=2002111.500 I've seen this show up as a false positive in a lot of other coins. I installed anyway and all my coins are still here, I think it is the same false positive other coins have had. https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=2003436.200Yea it is a Flaseflag my guess is it's related to the way the wallets act as nodes and it picks them up as a ircbot because of all the connecting. The source of the wallet is available fully online for anyone to look through and build a wallet on their own, if you have any concerns please contact me. I'll contact the AV companies to try and fix it, but like brokedummy said almost every POS coin i have has some sort of false flag, it is a quite annoying problem. People there is a Trojan in the wallet why are you downloading? Always download a wallet in sandboxie and check with virustotal, free coins is not worth the risk ! |
