Assignment of rights under a contract is the complete transfer of the rights to receive the benefits accruing to one of the parties to that contract. For example, if Party A contracts with Party B to sell Party A's car to Party B for €100, Party A can later assign the benefits of the contract - i.e., the right to be paid $10 - to Party C. We seleted to use evolutionary way instead of  revolutionary way. As stated many times on Moonec Tallinn 2017 (Nordic's Largest Blockchain Conference) all participating community is building the future internet business layer what is still on early days. Only version 2 or 3 will be fully functional for business solutions. We all are pioneers on this road.
So our approach is to build hybrid platform what will consume possibilities what blockchain already can offer and the opportunities where "old fashion" software still excels.
Our partner Percival Software has excellent depository software, so lot of functionality we will have already of of the box. They have 30 years expertise on securities market development and domain expertise.
The space we try to fill is securities-alike approach to assets/claims and make it global market.
