Unfortunately you're right, different server mine different pools, asia server for example despite the highest payday for the week, averaged approx 0.01btc/mh today.

I suspect the server location to have different earnings. I hope i'm wrong.

We use one profit pool and that is middlecoin, now it's spit up like different pools.

As said before it should be: BTC's earned on all servers >> divided by all shares submitted on all servers>> multiplied by user shares >> is payout

It doesn't work like that because I've been hashing exactly the same as somebody else on this forum and he's got 0.02 for every Mh/s I've had half that amount

Is there a way to see global stats by server?
, its obvious that payout, (at least last), depends on the server youre mining.

I understand that H2O wants to follow a different strategies on each server but "profits" should be shared among everybody. I´m first fan of middlecoin and have recomended it to many people but I´m dissapointed because my payout was almost half from previous day and some others had best ever.

Is we could see payout/hashpower for each server would be clarifying.

Confirmed that last payout was really crappy. I was mining on Asia server.

Is it just the useast server that has better profit than eu/amsterdam or uswest as well?

Todays payout was about 0.014 BTC per Mh/s for us running eu and amsterdam as failover, we didn't get the large unexchanged boom in BTC as the others.

We had a longer mining time bij last payout, 2.5 hours, calculated with that?

I (mining at Amsterdam) noticed the same issue and yesterday H2O confirmed (on IRC) that currently not all servers give the same profits, but he is working on a fix. Excerpts from a chatlog (with other news as well):

Jan 31 22:23:03 <Acrobat>   Do we know why the difference in unexchanged between different MC users is so enormous? Are you screwed when mining EU/Amsterdam instead of US?
Jan 31 22:31:35 <h2odysee>   Acrobat: I know that's an issue. In the future, it won't matter what server you're on.
Jan 31 22:31:47 <h2odysee>   I'll make all shares equal
Jan 31 22:33:15 <h2odysee>   The difference in profit between the various servers should be smaller now, than it was before.
Jan 31 22:34:48 <h2odysee>   well, they should be. I made a change a couple of days ago that should make them more equal
---
Jan 31 22:39:43 <h2odysee>   current plans, for those interested, are to fix the amsterdam server (I think I know why it disconnects a lot), then set up a new system for rolling out new servers.
Jan 31 22:40:11 <h2odysee>   So I will be able to easily provision new servers
Jan 31 22:40:38 <h2odysee>   Once that happens, we'll get a Dallas, LA, and Hong Kong server
Jan 31 22:41:03 <h2odysee>   both Ireland and Amsterdam suffer from the same problem. I don't know if either is best
Jan 31 22:42:28 <h2odysee>   I could do a Frankfurt server maybe.
Jan 31 22:44:48 <h2odysee>   Scandinavia will be low priority, because none of my hosting providers have datacenters there. I'd have to use a new one.
---
Jan 31 22:46:27 <h2odysee>   Yeah, the current load issues are the main thing
Jan 31 22:46:33 <h2odysee>   Which I can solve
---
Jan 31 22:47:27 <h2odysee>   I need to lower the diff again. But I can't yet.

I'm on amsterdam, with eu failover  Angry

these are amazon servers. tut, tut amazon.

maybe he needs to buy amazon prime to get a better service.

I've been mining on the Asia server too and had awful payouts a few times , But if I switch to the main server my hash rate drops, Funny thing is it's dropped on the Asia server "Again" now too.

Can somebody please give me the scan and expiry times they are using for this pool because mine aren't giving good results no matter what I do.

I don't get out of that chat anything about timeframe or priority of the issue. It sounds to me like priority wise it is server disconnects>system for new server>new servers opened in various locations>lowering diff>leveling payout. I.e. are we looking into months for that to happen?

Somebody please give me their timings for CGMiner , It's giving me a headache , I'm losing heart to be honest.

I've seen somebody getting 1 share per min per R9 290 but I can't find his timings.

Nope, we'd be happy by the big paycheck, but not if that happens because of an error in the system and somebody else suffers from that. We all should get what we worked for. Otherwise, I'll start checking the servers using some accounts, or will connect some single miner to each and see which is the most profitable and do daily switching, that will overload single servers while making the rest blank and we will all suffer.

Try guiminer for 290 if all else fails, i had trouble with cgminer and sgminer running this card, especially thread concurrency. Something to do with AMD driver on new non reference cards.

For the Sapphire R9 290, I only need to specify threads 32765, gpu memory 1350 and I get 880H/s. Changing core clock makes no difference over time (and you SICK/DEAD if you go too high).
It doesn't like memory 1500 much ether, some cards lock up after a while. 1425 gives 890KH/s but 1350 has been rock solid (1% less KH/s and a good night's sleep vs 1% more and checking all the time...hmmmm Smiley ).

My hashrates shown on my machines have all dropped by about 5-7%.. I was getting about 730 per 280X, now they are getting about 690kh per each or less.  The ones that were getting about 700kh before are now down around 650kh or less...

Nothing changed on my end... I'm on useast currently, temps all under 70C... just wondering if something changed server side that would cause lower rates?

I was using that first hour i started mining and it wasn't any good imo, Thanks though.

Are you still using Guiminer ? Because i can help getting CGMiner working if you like.

Thanks a lot for sharing your set up, I tried 15 scan and 15 expiry but it gave me poor results. Just curious , How many shares per min are you getting ? Because you have more or less exactly the same setup as mine, I have two Sapphires.

I've not had a problem with sick or dead, I've had them clocked at 1000 core 1500 memory for weeks and they never gave an issue like that.

How many shares per min you getting each card ?
