Shipping will start soon and of course that means as soon as possible, when we confirm that machines are working correctly and up to their expected specifications. And no we do not mine with them before we send them out. As soon as they are ready to work, we will ship them out without any further delay.

If to be honest i doubt anyone want to see any other update than "we started shipping. So i guess that one should be coming next.

Can someone from Minersource or Black Arrow please explain why I was asked to and did pay for multiple PSUs for 'compensation' miners that are not even close to being ready?

This is really starting to feel like a long con.

I'm sure the rule applies to people who threatened their lives and such.  Not just upset customers.  I think BA realizes that anything they say isn't good enough until they announce when they are shipping.  Since they don't know when that is, they are choosing to remain silent.

Funny enough, BFL is going through the exact same process right now.  They apparently have everything and they are just working on software and testing.  (Notice the difficulty rising anyone?)  Who will ship first?

What about the 'in-stock' PSUs from Minersource for the compensation units? If the PSUs have to be shipped separately, why aren't they shipping PSUs? Is there really a chance that they will need to change PSUs?

IIRC Bobsag3 said if you pay for the PSU's before the miners ship they would install them and ship together with no extra shipping charges. If you ordered after the miners shipped you'd be responsible for shipping. I assume this would apply if the PSU's were shipped separate from the miner whether before or after.

Most people are a lot reluctant to pay for more hardware when the first lot has even shipped.

Aren't all PSUs supposed to ship separately because of uneven weighting or something? Why not ship them now, less to do later.
