100 % compensation minimum.
Minimum after a 5 months delay for batch 1 customers.
The hosting customers should not have to pay for compensation electricty and setup extra cause they did not cause the delay.
I made this deal only cause I thought I would sit atm at a white beach. And if I had not made it I really would. That sucks.

So what's the highest order # that has received tracking numbers for X-1's so far?
Even batch 2 should be getting compensated, when it first started the delivery for it would be april 30th.

The police called me to check your reply..so I have to ask you again: when can you refund me? please reply me as soon as possible..I have did what you tell me do and sent everything to your email even use your way of refunding BTC...for now, I don't want to argue it's fair or not now....but,just refunds me as your way.. Yes it sucks that there are lots of delays, Why do we have multiple pages per day of people complaining. Nothing much can happen in 1 day. Maybe every 2 weeks have a talk about it.
I feel sorry for BobSagg3 and others from Minersource and BlackArrow having to waist their time reading all these threads of unhappy people.
There is nothing we can do it is out of our hands, let's just wait for them to arrive or if you are really unhappy then try for a refund. But fighting in forums does nothing good.
They are doing the best they can! and sending them X-1's out now and they got the X-3's working. As for compensation, yea it sucks, Yea everyone wants this and that. But they are already giving us a pretty good compensation and remember this is a small company that is trying to sell their product they are not made of gold and can give us all 5 times what we purchased.
This sucks as much for them as for us.
Shit happens.
Let's relax and await for our product and talk positively.
I can not wait to receive my 3 X-1's they are replacing my old blades that I just stoped using due to their efficiency and heat during the summer. They were awesome for the Winter I have my server room under the stairs with a vent i put n on the landing and it heated my house during the winter lol. Heck I might use them again next winter for heat not much less efficient than a heater + mining.

Nice try with the newbie account BA! You get no sympathy from us, especially after tying customers money as early as September in some cases. Disgruntled, angry, and frustrated customers is what you get when you overpromise and underdeliver(don't deliver?) on time.

Disgruntled, angry, and frustrated customers is what you get when you overpromise and underdeliver(don't deliver?) on time. I really doubt that's a second black arrow account. It's more conceivable that someone is just trying to be what they deem to be a voice of reason. I think the whole situation is a bit unreasonable to be honest - but there probably could be a bit more decorum about it on everyone's part. Including theirs.

I am not from BA at all. I know no one from BA. I have been a member since November 2013, Look at my previous posts a lot are not related to this. Or go to the MinePeon thread I have many post there. I ordered 2 X-1's from Miner Source and the extra PSU, I have even sent emails to Minersource asking questions about products.
But being accused about being a fake BA account is exactly what I am talking about. All this anger going on in this thread is ridiculous. I pre-ordered my first X-1 back in December and hoping to get it in February. I too am disappointed in the delay. But fighting on these forums will do no good, all it will do is cause anger and make fights.
So This is my last post about this as I do not want to start a fight a pointless meaningless fight about me being a BS Spy.
Even if it was a post from BA what did I say that was harmful? Nothing I just said there is pointless arguing over nothing. Think of all the wasted time typed in this forum. Go on and live life, enjoy it do not keep anger in and keep on posting. Go outside take a walk enjoy life! The weather is finely nice (I live in MN) END.

Dude, you didn't mention anything about their lies. Clap, clap. Remember, trust can't be construct on lies. I'm so glad i've ordered only a X1, reducing my loss, and BA will probably compensate me with......uuummmmhhh 50% of 1 device = nothing (coupons are nothing too). Guess what will be my future business with BA  ? nothing. BUT thus I spend some money, I would only my HW. Now ask yourself how would you feel if you invested 10K$ or more.........then in this state try to rewrite your post and see how it changes.

Many post? Like 18 minus the two you have here? Yeah man, since november? You must be quite the pillar of support for that community! All personal attacks aside. It is easy to sit back and not sweat things out when you only have a grand on the line. Meh. When you get your hardware you *might* be able to break even on the x-1's depending on the cost of your electric. IMHO BA should be drawn and quartered for fucking people so hard. But yeah, feel bad for them, they are the ones who are really suffering. Not all the people who placed orders and are slowly watching any chance of even getting a ROI run through their fingers can stay so optimistic. Bitching does nothing other than make those who are really hurt feel a little better. Like you said, short of hoping a plane to where ever BA is located and taking matters into your own hands, there isn't much that can be done. Isn't making a post complaining about people who are complaining, just trolling? I must say, it appears to be working! Good troll! Good troll! Down boy!

Well I am sorry you consider it trolling. This is actually my 7th Post in this thread the first 4 talked about my orders and questions about the miner. As for MinePeon I meant the MinePeon Forum http://minepeon.com/forums/ I have spent a lot of time helping people out there with hardware problems. I am sorry if I offended anyone. I did not mean to offend people, I did not mean to start arguments, I just thought it would be nice to have a more positive thread.
