Considering ROI on one of these machines is currently about a week if you use it to mine,
2 months is a brutal amount of time to see a profit for VMC
and to make it worse...

I've sent one of my friends to VMC, he bought 1THs Platinum more than a week ago. Today he called and told me that aprox. shipping would be 2-3 months. So, WTF? I'm too ordered when here in forum shipping was December, not 2-3 months.

That is for ordered which have been place last week.  We have a pre-order queue, so if you are at the end of the queue, then the wait is about 2 months.

this was my first thought/hope..but if this were the case I'd like to think Ken would at least have outlined that plan in some vague way.

It didn't all just go to the NRE.  It also went into trading his own stock on Bitfunder (which is the worst thing a CEO can do if he has not created value yet for the company), and numerous "travelling" expenses that seemed to reach ridiculous numbers

Ok guys. I think it's time you understood what the difference between questioning the CEO of a company that you are invest in is and just spreading FUD and bitching.

There are things Ken needs to answer. This is 100% fact. He needs to explain the vague details he gave us on the 30th. Whether he wants to or not. This is not spreading FUD. Ken has stated that chips are delayed with no explanation. This needs to be elaborated on; how long were they delayed, what did we ship and when will we be mining? He said we will be moving onto CryptoStocks exchange; how long from now? Q4 Ends in a month, exactly how far behind schedule are we? If we're shipping hardware, why are we not also mining with hardware? These question need to be answer with what I'm sure are a lot more. I understand that somethings might need to be confidential (Notice how I didn't mention Intelihash or eAsic).

FUD is what DrawingTheSun did this morning on the VMC Thread.

There are times when others on here spread FUD, this is certain. VE talking about Ken solo mining with our shit or giving it away to family members. IceBreaker back in Sept/Oct. But that does not mean they spread FUD 100% of the time they post. You guys need to get off your high horse, stop bitching back and forth and understand that Ken is keeping us in the dark on more than he has to.

Love it  Much better divys than youll ever get from a mining farm in this stock.  You can trade both other cryptos and stocks.  I'm surprised it hasent gotten bigger faster.  They are also part of the Galt's gulch project in Chile...its really cool.  Cheap commissions.  Not like cryptostocks but fair.  My favorite exchange of allthe ones weve been blasting through.

I have traded LTC/FTC on there before.  The site is actually really nice, but I do have a few concerns.  One, being that I am not too familiar with who is running it, and how trustworthy they are.  Granted, I haven't done much research on that front.  The second MAJOR issue I have with the exchange is the fact that they have only one form of 2FA, and it's via your email account (they email you a token when you login), which is just stupid in my opinion.  There is no reason whatsoever that they should not have Google 2FA and possibly Yubikey.  I would recommend that everyone on here message the admins over there and request that they implement something better.

Just poked around a bit when the news was released. The site looks really nice. I'd like 2FA. The only other concern is that there are not many other securities being traded there, but I expect the same is true of most exchanges outside of Havelock.

When Ken said that Activemining shipped the first products to customers, maybe he was meant to imply that Activemining itself was the first customer?
