The way that some exchanges work with certain crypto casinos or exchanges is that they create the transaction first, show you the transaction ID and then later on they push the TX to the network.

Basically they do this externally probably for security reasons and why you are not seeing it on the network. However it means they didn't push the transaction yet and you need to wait.

You can actually create a Bitcoin transaction offline, sign it, get a tx id without even having to be connected to the internet, all you need is an up to date blockchain. So most likely its just their cold storage broadcasting process. Just wait and it should appear.

What Freebitco does is not an exit scam. An exit scam is when one day you wake up and see that the website you were visiting is shut down. Freebitco hasn't done that, they slowly started abandoning of the website and there were so many warnings more than a year ago that no one should be here today and complaining about the website. They had a problem for probably 1.5 years but even months ago, many payments were processed, so if anyone had an intuition, they should have withdrawn their money months ago and never come back.

Well, sooner or later, an exit scam will occur, meaning that one "fine" day, the site will become unavailable.
Nevertheless, you're correct that users had sufficient time to realize that something was amiss with the freebitcoin site and, accordingly, withdraw their funds long before freebitcoin stopped processing withdrawal requests.

Many people are simply too lazy to do this. The fact that there is still some activity on the freebitcoin site, i.e., some users are still claiming free rolls and playing hi/lo game, indicates that some users are either still unaware of the problems or are hoping that something will change for the better on the site.

I woke up this morning and went to freebitco.in and saw that it was down and was excited thinking we had done it…we had gotten them shut down. Then came over here to celebrate in the thread and realized it was down too and it was a Cloudlfare issue, not a victory. lol. They stopped all, made a wd request some months ago for 0.00038xxx BTC and nothing, flagged to manual rewiew, wrote to support, answer after weeks with a standard mail saying thay will investigate..... and then nothing else.

Stop telling if there is some doubts that some wd are made, THERE ARE NO WD BY MONTHS AT ALL !!!

Hopefully not. They should really be aware of this and stay away from the site until there is a clear explanation from their reps. But I don't think someone will come and clarify all things. After all, the trust of members is down a lot and that makes it difficult for them to solve the cases. There are other possibilities too, like having sold the business to someone else so there is no reason for them to respond to anything anymore. Or a worse scenario is if the owners of the site were arrested for some crime they committed that was unrelated to this business, so the site keeps running but with this type of issues!

It took Cloudflare quite a long time yesterday to identify the problem and fix it. And honestly, I don't think it's a good thing when interruptions in one service cause many sites to stop working. At the very least, site owners should consider having alternative solutions for such cases.
As for Freebitcoin, I think their site will eventually close down sooner or later. But then I remember that, for some reason, they extended their domain registration until 2032, which means they’ll probably keep annoying users for a long time to come.

If they sold it, they would announce it because it's in their interest to cut themselves from the new owners in case something bad happens to the website or the website turns into a scam. Also, if they have sold it, the reason why they would come here and post is that Freebitco's current reputation directly attacks their own reputation in the crypto space. I think that either one of them or both of them got into an accident and damaged their health or they were arrested but if they were arrested, then I don't understand who was paying money to Freebitco PR and Freebitco's customer support on this forum?
