Yes, sometimes there are many ICO scams, and most use the Ethereum smart contract, probably because it's easy to create tokens and everyone can do it. All they do is make a whitepaper, create a website, and promote it from the gift. This is very sad for cryptoworld, and it makes me a little worried about buying from ICO.
