So how is your email being targeted if you only used it to sign up with Betcoin? Those are some nasty attempts to gain access to your computer. I never got them. Wonder if somebody else got them. If not, it looks that you got a bulls eye on you for pointing out the rake overcharge and other stuff.

Many Betcoin players got these scam emails, myself included. When the first one was sent the entire chat box was filled with players wanting answers. No answers came nor have they come in the time since. But it's very clear that someone got access to sensitive customer data and is using that data to try to gain access to those customer's computers. Betcoin should let it's customers know what happened and what info was compromised.

If you really want to play tournaments for Bitcoin, I suggest 5dimes, BetDSI, or bookmaker.eu You can play all the big field tournaments that Betcoin has and more plus spin n gos, and way more cash game action. Betcoin is dishonest and doesn't deserve anyone's business at this point, read this thread : https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=1322261.40

I hear there are currently issues with Bitcoin withdraws at ACR, some players dont have the option, I think Blackchip may have the same issues but can't say for sure. Also, both those sites require dox and wont let players register from certain countries or US States. The ones I mentioned don't care where you live and don't require dox.

Tip: After requesting cashout from any of those site, keep an eye on your spam folder, sometimes the confirmation email you have to respond to ends up there.

Hi I'm being told that if a player buys into the $200+15 Betcoin Poker Sunday Special, they will only receive VIP rewards based on a $7.50 fee, even though they pay $15. Lets say the player is silver 1 (like I was before you closed my account) And $15=34 chips According to your terms found here: https://www.betcoin.ag/vipThe player should expect 170 status points, and 26.6% of the $15 fee returned ($3.99 or ~9 chips) This was sort of clarified in this post: https://www.betcoin.ag/vip-affiliate-rakeback-tourney-fees-betcoin-explainedBetcoin receives 50% of the fees players pay when entering WPN tournaments and sitngos. For the VIP program Betcoin pays you as if Betcoin had received 100% of the fee even though Betcoin received only 50% of the fee.
HOWEVER, It one of your affiliates (the one you pay more than any other affiliate) has posted that Betcoin only rewards their players 50% of what they advertise for tournaments on the WPN. This would explain why I was missing almost half of my rakeback, but Andrew and William never thought to mention they were paying everyone half of what was advertised. Please clarify. If Betcoin ignores me as usual, could someone who they usually respond to please repeat question?

So I noticed recently Xiao posted this: Also please note that for WPN shared tournaments only 50% of the rake you pay counts towards VIP and my rakeback service as the other 50% goes to the WPN network. So I did some investigating because I have paid thousands in WPN MTT fees and never heard of this. It's not mentioned anywhere on Betcoins site. In a forum post I found, they even stated the oppopsite: https://www.betcoin.ag/vip-affiliate-rakeback-tourney-fees-betcoin-explainedBetcoin receives 50% of the fees players pay when entering WPN tournaments and sitngos. For the VIP program Betcoin pays you as if Betcoin had received 100% of the fee even though Betcoin received only 50% of the fee. September 1st I opened a ticket because of significant missing rakeback and status points which lead to my eventual ban and all of this when they refused to address the situation so I decided to ask support if it was true.It was my lucky day as the ever so pleasant "Expert Support Supervisor" George was on duty: Betcoin George Expert Support Supervisor Chat started
Hi, Im trying to figure out if betcoin has been paying 50% or 100% of vip rewards for WPN mtts
Are you an affiliate or a VIP?
i was a VIP till you banned me
So if your banned why does it matter?
because I want to know how much you technically owe me and all the other players xiao made a post saying you only pay 50% vip rewards, and that shouldn't be the case, but it would explain why i was missing so much rakeback
I will not waste my time on a player like you my energy is better spent helping others. Anything said to you in a manner becomes a way for you to run to the forums. If we banned you nothing is owed to you. You are a very sad person find something better to do with your time other than to try to hurt others.
im just trying to get the truth
I am a big believer that all you put out there will come back tenfold. Take care. I am done with this conversation. I'm guessing george wasnt the employee who wrote me this pm recently: The staff looks at all the work you put in and appreciates your work ethic and commitment. You really should be earning good bitcoin and building equity instead of having everything deleted from Betcoin or moved to the next page of the forum as more posts are added. Ultimately, you just waste time while keeping Betcoin on the front page of the thread which means more traffic, more signature campaign members, etc. We think you have a strong work ethic and could be a great contributor as you once were. The amount of time and energy you have put in so far is truly remarkable. It shows us that we have something special because every great company has people this passionate, but we want to channel your passion to help you more as you once were a great member of the community. We look forward to your thoughts.
