I believe it cant be shifted, if you read the rules in http://directbet.eu/Affiliates.cshtml

The best part is that your affiliate ID will be stored, so you will keep earning 1% on all future bets placed by your referrals, for life.

it is very clear that people cant change their affiliate, although Directbet could alter this I suppose

But I was wondering,, how come direct bet only has certain matches from an event to be bet. IE not every horse race, not ever tennis match in a tournament, not every X game in tournament. Also, I find it a little odd that the odds on Hilliary Clinton  winning the primary a little high since she is basically guaranteed to win it

Yes you can. Just ask your friend to delete his browser cookies then go to your affiliate link. He will be yours after that

Since they didnt mention that they were going to perform a maintenance, I think it is safe to assume that the site will be back up soon, although I agree this could be very annoying, but since im into football, the site's maintenance doesnt affect me for now

I don't think there is Maintenance  daily, it just happens for a few minutes every couple of days. It usually isn't down for a long time. I am sure with live betting feature they probably have a lot of maintenances to do.
