I reloaded client extracted all programs and NO SOUND! Sound works fine in flash login version. There was a big file of seven sections relating to sound but when right clicked It nothing anything that I could extract I exctraced. I don't want to use flash after trying out client I hope I get a little help faster then yesterday on this if anyone else besides support as they aren't always on,  could help me on grindabit that would be great so we could instant message chat on grindabit.

I DOWNLOADED 3 TIMES THERE WAS A FILE THAT SAID EXTRACT ALL FILES I CLICKED THAT AND NO SOUND I AM REALLY GETTING AGGREVATED PEOPLE IN LOBBY SAYING BECAUSE WINDOWS 8 YOU CAN HAVE SOUND IN FLASH BUT NOT IN DOWNLOAD?  Ive spent a lot of time on this and everything works except the sound I posted in grindabit and asked for help in lobby I asked for a phone number to call support I need sound lol. I refuse to play until this is resolved and I get some help.

Let me ask also if there is anyone else using windows 8, do you have sound or is this a problem related to windows 8 with regard to sound?

If you have no problem I should be able to get it working but have done everything I could without being able to get sound. everything working fine even les lag I rloaded or re downloaded 5 times and no sound. I really  have to say supports help in this has been less then stellar. There is a separate sound folder when I downloaded but only one file to extract I clicked all over that sound folder and no extract file to be found on it anywere.

I made a deposit early Wed, and the chips have not hit my account. I'm assuming that is because of the recent issues. Any info on a time frame for chips to hit my account would be appreciated.

Withdrawals are back to normal or faster now. They were paid about 5 minutes ago.

We expect most My Account features to be available in about an hour.

New accounts were not being assigned bitcoin addresses for a while, that is fixed and old new accounts have been assigned addresses. Currently you can see them in the client, but soon they will show on the My Account page as well.

and my sound issue? Also every time I log off  client says errors detected. I played and kept a lot of Omaha games going I haven't played due to lack of sound. I noticed a huge folder for sound but no where to extract anything and sound is deselected in client. I mean other people have win 8 and told me they have sound so there must be a fix I just haven't been able to find it although I can say I have really tried with download after download. I cannot play ring without sound and after trying the client I have no inscentive or desire to go back to flash.

Is the sound folder in the same place as the icon you are running?
