For example:

- Block size
- Mining scheme
- Total supply & inflation

Is that all $1000? it did rise 1.5k in the past so it might surpass it in the next run, if bitcoin will reach a new record we might see ETH catching up  bit and it maybe better than last year.

All disputes about the price here are meaningless until the development team optimizes the project. They need to achieve high-speed transaction processing, universal acceptance as a means of payment, application development for convenient storage and use of Eth.

Ya, things are still early until we get scalability upgrades out the door.

I'm not convinced any blockchain needs "universal acceptance as a means of payment" though, let alone a platform blockchain like Ethereum (who's purpose is to support dapps, not simple value transfer like btc).

ETH won't have max or Total supply so no body knows what the end of it. it will rise sure around 0.060 - 0.09 but  will take 6 months time .
now these days people focusing coins are very cheap not even around 1 $. So ETH won't getting so much intention. but .....

Good expectations, perhaps, but it seems to me not soon. Bitcoin is trying to rise and pumps the money supply itself, thereby killing altcoins. I don't know if Ethereum will stay.

Bitcoin  was invention of Block chain. it's something that is BlockChain wanted to Test By Satoshi Nakamoto rest of coin is in market for trading and all.
best this was only Mining and reward but trading comes and damaged  most of theories.

As for transactions they are quite fast, during this market conditions one can sand any ETH or token amount just for 2-4 gas. Many people here relied on Ethereum as a mean of crypto hodling, but it was plunged 30% during the month, while bitcoin was volatile enough to earn some profit. Take a look at the all time charts, the second time ETH makes this summer trick.

This was first serious correction in Ethereum which will provide strong foundation for next rise. Most comments are based on theory if price are climbing up you can predict all time highs and when there is downtrend you can predict lower lows. Ethereum is not going away and will stay here and few times return will give to strong hands.

+1 agree with you! absolutely right last time when ethereum was going up constantly, nobody knew that ethereum will go back to $250.
But now we got lesson from this fall, well now best time to buy ETH at this price. HODL for long term.

60 million ether created to contributors of the presale
12 Million (20% of the above) were created to the development fund, most of it going to early contributors and developers and the remaining to the Ethereum Foundation
5 ethers are created every block (roughly 15-17 seconds) to the miner of the block
2-3 ethers are sometimes sent to another miner if they were also able to find a solution but his block wasn't included (called uncle/aunt reward)

So 60 million ETHs was given to the people which bought them during the presale and 12 million for the development fund (which I think sold or gave away most of them already).

Those 70'000'000 premined ETH didn't go in Vitalik Buterin's pockets.

probably it was some bitcoin's maximalist delirium lol. They are on a war against ethereum for God knows what reasons, sometimes they even call it "scam". I really don't get it

But now we got lesson from this fall, well now best time to buy ETH at this price. HODL for long term. 

I think buying ETH when the price is still low for a long time is a good idea because in the future you might find it difficult to buy ETH because the ETH price could be very high in the future. holding this coins for the long term is not bad.
