All this increase in value of Ethereum was due to those ICO's which are moving on their own chains. They are challenging the authority of Ethereum and becoming headache for it in future. We can't ignore them by saying Ethereum is too big. It is big but challenges are real as competition is becoming serious and competitors are growing fast.

There is good example https://github.com/ethereum/go-ethereum/wiki/Managing-your-accounts but i don't understand how to call this function from RPC? I tried use --preload, but it's only allow me call my function from console, but i need to call it from RPC. Is this possible? What i need to do?

He is just speculating, no one knows for sure on how the markets behave, even if you combine technical analysis with fundamentals it's just educated guessing.

i hope that you are right, but form now its hard to look in future when i see such a bad market condition for almost than a half year. of course ethereum is great and 80-90% of icos use it for creation their tokens, but there is a lot of icos and they just scam people, we need some regulations here, ofc i wanna decentralized world, but now its not possible

There was a really strong support at 0.04 btc (speaking of ETH/BTC, not ETH/USD of course) and it seems that is gone but hey, this market in unpredictable as always, it's hard to say if will recover in the short term or it will go down further
