I still don't understand why people behind new alt coins do announcements and countdown timers before they have anything ready. This is way too much risk for IPO investors and too much stress for developers behind the coin.

Is it that hard to finish the development and test everything first and THEN announce the countdown timer?

Yeah, I am out of this IPO. I realize you were not the "dev", @ThisWeeksCoin , but c'mon, a few weeks and you still managed to mess it up on the launch ? What exactly were you or the "devs" doing all that time?

And I am saying "devs", cause forking what essentially was bitcoin code , run a search and replace and hit compile is not development. A trained monkey could do it in the amount of time since the coin announcement. This is not a mission to Mars, this essentially is a copy&paste coin launch. How one can fuck it up is beyond me , to be honest.

My advise is to get your things together the next weeks. Pushing a developer creating a whole new coin with a lot of investors in his neck and pushing it to the max isnt good. Not for him, not for the coin. programming failures are imminent then. More damage to be done then.

PS. Devs, please note that every coin has a testnet build in it, but it seems no one uses it. But it's just for what it says: A TESTNET. You can safely test your new coin before launching the main chain. Please consider.

We failed with the launch. We will be re-launching tomorrow, same time we launched today ( or yesterday  or the day before yesterday)

It's not late. Other coins have been failing 3-6 times, but they made it.
We failed 1  only third times. I believe we deserve a fourth chance. Everyone deserves a fourth  chance!

Regarding IPO refunds, you're allowed to take your funds back.
Got few PMs telling that we're scamming people.. ( I don't get how? But anyway. Accounts with 0 posts. )

All you have to do is ask our escrow ( and provide him with the information you gave him when you entered the IPO)


People who stay in the IPO, will benefit more than they thought. The final price will be fixed, when we launch. ( Same formula to get the price. 49000000 / X btc )
That means the following: You get a bigger part of the IPO shares.

Honestly what you should do is get everything working, test profusely, then set a deadline for launch (possible late evening GMT or Tomorrow) so that everyone can get ahold of the news.

No random launches, no delays, no "just a few more minutes".
