IMO, based on that announcement, that gives an idea that he might be accepting starting Friday.

Yes that's right, if you already messaged him on telegram after a day of no reply, message him again to notify and wait for his reply and I'm sure that he'll reply to you there.

We have so many members that we are mainly looking for Sr/Hero/Legendary now
All Jr/Member/Full that are already in the campaign will not have their pay rates changed

He's not even wearing signature and avatar. Newbies can no longer wear signature, wearing avatar is also available when you rank up to full member and above.
