The 50 BTC fund is still untouched as well as the rest of premine, the team is planning a serious development and promotion project for the coin and working (even before launch) on it. The main problem now is that the core dev team are few people now, rotocoin is trying to incorporate new cool features in the wallet and also connect it with new exciting services, that is hard work.
People want to be so fast, but seriously, rotocoin is only 15 days old, is very important to spent enough time to plan a good organisation.
When the roadmap gets fully organized the work will flow and features will come.
I am not concerned about the current price because when the world knows the improvements, Rotocoin will be more interesting to the investors.
If Rotocoin team spent 50 BTC to put buy walls we really would not helping the coin. The price must go up because the project is interesting, not because the devs pump it in an artificially way.
