^^ it's about EU-India FTA . To be signed on Jan 27 and will exclude agriculture as it's a red line for indian Goverment ..It will be the largest bilateral trade deal ever... u have bigger regional trade agreements, but none at the bilateral level !!
Both the US and China neither have an FTA with each other, nor with any of the EU, Japan and India
Before this, it was the EU-Japan FTA, the largest bilateral trade agreement
As India surpassed Japan in economic size, this makes it the largest of its kind ,this deal will also give both India & EU lot of manuvering space economically since US has gone batshit crazy.
EU will also move forward on a security and defence partnership with India , they just announce this in same summit at Davos.
Still lots of key info missing ,we will only get full picture on JAN 27.
