I dont really trust the vaccines but it is now advisable to boost our immune system.

If it was the first dose, it's unlikely that you'd have any side effects at all. Personally, I only had with the second dose, which included some mild fever and drowsiness.

I don't understand why you do not trust vaccines though, them, along with modern medicine, have significantly increased our life expectancy.

It's worth note that Moderna was sent the supposed genetic sequence electronically 'from China' in Q1 2020 and had a serum to inject several days later.  That's their story at least.  Due to operation 'warp speed' they and many others were injecting the gene therapies into groupings of people under the label 'trials' not long after that.  These tended to be pockets in relatively impoverished countries such as India and Brazil where $20 in compensation is a lot.

The problem we have is even if developed countries open up they will only open up to each other leaving the under developed countries behind more than they already are. This could cause the developed countries to become a lot more developed and places like India and Africa who are struggling with the pandemic might have the virus for years because of a lack of vaccines. The developed countries need to focus on helping the less developed if they want to open up their borders globally.
