The treatment of covid19 is so controversial to the extend I am not sure of who to believe, for now the vaccine is still in the trial version so I don't think young and healthy people should try it but those with the virus should be vaccinated so that we can ascertain it potency.                   

Look at the countries that have finally beaten covid-19. Most of their people are vaccinated so they got the herd immunity. Whilst in the midst of the newer variants.
They've proven that it lessens the severe attack of the virus for the infected people and it lessens hospitalization.

The vaccine is taking on a new form physicians also because the country's government believe that vaccination will reduce the danger of infection that's why the govt has introduced mass vaccination and everything is slowly opening up. Developed countries are usually taking this type of step the vaccine is acting as an resistant to the body.

They've seen effective results so they have to do as what those successful countries did. It's increasing the herd immunity although it's not really guaranteed as what the study shows because they don't have 100% efficacy. But as a result, they have no option but to do as what others did just to contain and reduce the transmission. And it's harder for small countries, because most of the suppliers were already bought by first world countries.

Actually not a terrible idea but there are some problems. If you work around the old, you probably should get vaxxed or find another line of work that isn't dealing with the elderly. However, US's FDA doesn't have the vaccine completely cleared yet though, so they're forcibly imposing a vaccine that is still under emergency usage authorization.

I haven't read much into this beyond the tweet, so fill me in if you know - are there exemptions? Are there exemptions to those who previously were infected and could prove they are immune with an antibody test? Will they be required to take boosters?

I've been in close contact with an unvaccinated person who recently got infected with Covid-19, I'm vaccinated and did not get infected. Everyone else in their household, who was unvaccinated, were infected, but I wasn't. Despite the new strains, vaccines are effective, and it's certainly what saved me from infection.

I've also have the same example from another acquaintance of mine, my car mechanic, his whole family was unvaccinated and infected, but he wasn't.
