On that note, we as a community control value.

If we all pledged to only trade PoS generated coins, the value could be substantial.

Hi, dev,

I post my wallet in CTT: https://cryptocointalk.com/topic/9028-communitycoin-comm-information/?p=77874

I sent an email to Mintpal to ask add COMM vote. So we can start voting.

The letter is :

-----------------------------------------------
Dear Mintpal support,

I'm glad to introduce you a great coin: CommunityCoin.

About CommunityCoin:
CommunityCoin is a pure PoS coin. In the block 1 of the coin, 1 billion CommunityCoins are created. There will be no more PoW blocks that generate coins. The 1 billion coins will be distributed to 1000 individuals, each got 1 million coins, according to the following rules, completely free. Anyone in the dev team will only get 1 part (1 million coins), like anyone else in the community. The dev team will get absolutely no more than a normal member. It is a truely zero-premined coin.
The feature of CommunityCoin distribution is to invovle the senior/active member in BTT community. It is a real coin of comminity.
This kind of coin must be an important implement of your altcoin market.

Please take my suggestion as a full consideration. Thank you.

You are right. I think Mintpal is a good choice. Before being on Mintpal, Poloniex may be a not bad choice.

Anyway, NEVER choose exchanges like CyptoRush and NXT-E!!

I'm so angry and disappointed by them today.

We are really hurt by these exchanges. Look what happened recently to their users.

It's a lesson for us.  Get on good exchanges and Never on untrustable ones.

I'd like to ask if Polonix would like add us.

Here, I'd like to apply one stake for me. Add I want to contribute to the great community.

I post my info on ctt. Here is a link.

i'm an active user on the board of Bitcointalk. as i knew that most of users posting threads to get >50 posts after the lunch day,  my posts are almost average in last two months. this means a lot.

i like the idea of this coin, which i saw it is fair enough. and the pure POS is a bright point that are different from other crypto-currencies.

i really wanna get some coins and join the COMM community to make some promotions.

you can check my reputation on Bitcointalk.

Confirming that I have received my CommunityCoins - thanks!

I've been considering some ways to increase the distribution further within a growing community without doing the usual giveaways etc.

I remembered one of the Tor project devs. once giving a presentation on 'Incentive Mechanisms' for running Tor Relays !

So, I propose to giveaway 50% of my initial CommunityCoins over an extended duration to anyone prepared to run a Tor Relay.

Anyone doing this will receive an initial 'set-up' donation and also receive a weekly ongoing payment for as long as the node remains active. These rewards will diminish over time to cope with demand and their will ofc be a total max. allocation.

Each Tor Relay should be a new named Relay with proper port forwarding on the router. This could make for the perfect opportunity to turn your old 32 bit windows xp machines into a linux Tor Relay running on your 'home' router.

CommunityCoin Tor Relays can be identified as active via the Atlas and also torstatus.blutmagie.de

I propose that Relays are named as something random+COMM i.e. MyTorRelayCOMM

I'm still working out a possible payments structure with my available CommunityCoin funds and will start a new thread soon.

Up to 500+ additional Tor Relays should be a very good way to create interest in this new coin and help to build a community.

See: https://www.torproject.org/getinvolved/relays.html.en for set-up information of a Tor Relay.

The Tor software has great settings to control bandwidth usage if your worried about any restrictions with your ISP. Its even possible to have your Relay set to switch on at night and to then switch off during the day when you want to use the bandwidth for yourself.

Send me a PM if your actually interested in running a Tor Relay for FREEDOM and to help others and not just because you want to try and get some free Community Coins.  Smiley
Congratualations. And great idea.

If I will get my stake, I'm glad to giveaway a part of my COMM to your plan.

And I'm very happy that senior members like you have been invovled in this coin.
This will make the coin different.

Thanks!

Just posted on facebook, this coin sounds interesting, i like POS coins and additionaly it's going to have an active group of stakeholders.
I think I will can contribute cause we have in mind set up a store accepting cryptos and this one could be included, adittionally, if this project doesn't go ahead, I will promote the coin and do which I can in my free time.

It's rush time now. People always want to get their stake at first.
After the messy distributions phase, I think more people will concern about your plan.
Also, I'm glad to donate some coins to support your plan if I got my stake.
