A couple of NFL players have received their salaries in BTC and are now reveling in it on their social media accounts.
With bitcoin reaching it's all time high earlier today, who is to blame them in doing so.

Good win as the Eagles won 26-18 and even covered with more than enough for the pool.
All thanks to Saquon Barkley and his two rushing TDs in the last few minutes of the game.

They even made an animation shown during the commercial intermission of his run from last week's game.

I thought the Eagles would give this game away when they couldn't connect their plays in the first half, and thankfully the Commanders ran out of steam in the second half.

Their defense did some solid work in stopping the Commanders offense multiple times.

I also saw that Barkley clip posted on a few social media pages and i'm still amazed whenever I watch it, he makes it look too easy.

Russell Okung who is now retired from playing in the NFL took his $6.5mln which was half of his salary in bitcoin. So this came out to 240btc at the time 4 years ago and is at current prices over $21mln!
That is real faith in BTC!

For the early matches, i'm starting it off with this under ticket on the Packers match. Their recent matches ended up with less than 40 points and i've heard it'll be breezy at Soldier Field.

Earlier, i'm torn between this and the Rams, but then I ended up liking the under more because I have to buy a point for the Rams spread if they're going to be my starting bet for the day.

Also, i'll probably grab the Chiefs later in the afternoon matches. Even if it's a trap like the Vikings match a few weeks back, i'm still going for it.

Chicago managed to screw up their last ditch effort yet again right at the last minute. And so it ended 20-19 hence your under was safe.
Los Angeles Rams won their match so your instincts were good on that one aswell.

From the looks of the Chiefs game early on, the Bills are instride and just scored a touchdown.
So the Chiefs will have to come from behind from a Buffalo's first quarter drive.
What I was surprised about in the earlier matches was the Ravens lost their game as they missed the two-point conversion so to take it into OT.

San Francisco 49ers were 1.33x earlier in the day but then raised to 1.43x a few hours before the game.
My guess would be that Kittle was ruled out to be in the game and is on the sidelines with a headset on acting as advisor instead.

My luck saved me from losing that under, I didn't expect the Bears to miss that game-winning field goal, and props to that Packers blocker who slipped through just enough to get his hand in range of the ball.

I had the Steelers in that match, and I expected the Ravens to lose that game even if they tied it up since there was a lot of time left on the clock. Their defense always gets exposed in the second half and it's no different in this game.

Absolutely crazy match for the final game of the day in the NFL last night between the L.A Chargers vs Cincinnati Bengals. It was looking as if the Herbert had this one under control right after halftime as they were just strolling into the second half being up 24-6. Cincinnati had no offense and only had field goals up until that point in the game.
Then all the sudden Burrows just popped off passes and the Chargers had fumbles in their own end.
It was pure chaos!
Some how Bengals scored three touchdowns and tied the game with a few minutes left of the game.
They could of won it with a field goal but their kicker missed two attempts which just killed their momentum.
This allowed Los Angeles to take the game away with a wild touchdown right at the end of the game.
It was like watching a pinball game the way the ball was getting bounced around in the Bengals favor.
Feel bad for Ja'marr Chase and Joe Burrows from coming back from the brink of death to lose it from those missed field goals to go ahead.

The Bengals almost pulled off that crazy comeback and I was sweating my Chargers bet when they tied it up in the fourth quarter. They're down by 21 points at some point in the third quarter before stringing a bunch of consecutive touchdowns.

The last two minutes were so intense it felt like the Bengals could've taken that game away from the Chargers if they clutched up, specifically their kicker.

I also received my free bet from the boxing promo and used it on the Texans' first half. The way I see it, they're similar to the Ravens' offense and tend to have these strong first-half finishes.

Today's MNF match is a no-brainer so I doubt we'll see a tiebreaker unless the Texans don't like to win today.

Those missing weeks somewhat set you back, but you're still catching up since you're almost averaging 10 points per round.

Yesterday's match was a no-brainer for anyone not to take the Houston Texans as it was a given that they would dominate the Dallas Cowboys.
I don't know how anybody could of bet against them. I took the spread with the over 41.5 @3.60x on them knowing to be confident enough to place a bet on that market.
The Cowboys looked absolutely terrible and without a suitable quarterback they will continue a downward spiral.
Trey can come in but it seems they have already given on their season and will continue with Cooper Rush. As they didn't even put him in while trailing behind so badly.
It has been known that Prescott will be out the rest of the season after having his surgery since Wednesday last week.

Damn. How brave is this guy that never swayed with the price movements especially when it was down at $17000. Some may have lost their faith and just give it up withdrawing everything to cash with a fear that they might lose it all.
This is a great story and I think it can help boosts more athletes to accept their salaries in cryptocurrencies especially in Bitcoin. I only know NBA players who accepted Bitcoin as salary so it's surprising that some NFL players also does the same. Good share, thanks.

It is hard to remember when bitcoin was below $70,000 at the time of him receiving his salary. But there was a time long ago and now reaching $100k so it would make these few players look even more wiser and have their wealth of investing into BTC for certain!

According to the National Weather Service, winds from 13-18 mph will be blowing in Cleveland on Thursday night, with a potential for rain and snow as well.

The hourly forecast provides more specific details, including temperatures between 36-37 degrees with an even more brisk wind chill of 28 degrees.

And speaking of wind, breezes of 7-17 mph are expected throughout the game, including gusts up to 30 mph, but precipitation may get the lion's share of attention from analysts, fans and bettors.

There's a 74-80% chance of precipitation in the three-hour of window of tonight's game which will likely be rain as opposed to snow, but that is still not clear as of the time of writing.

Pickens did get four catches, but the under and Steelers leg didn't make it. 

The Steelers offense was lackluster in the first half, risking the fourth down twice and somehow failing to convert those crucial attempts.

They're close to pulling off a comeback in the fourth, but their kicker made a mistake by giving the Browns a good starting position around the 50 yard line and eventually the Browns marched down until they got their third touchdown.

It won't be easy to catch your picks from the NFL prediction pool since Sleeper doesn't allow us to see each other's picks until the match is live, unlike Superbru.

I'll still give it a shot as it's possible through live betting and as long as teams don't score a touchdown too early in the game.

We can't since that is how the system works which is great since there are those who use other players selections they see who are doing good in the pools.
That is exactly why I hated using Superbru. The slimballs in the pool just uses the same picks that the top people do!

It’s that time again.

Travis Kelce is back to playing NFL games in 2024, and Taylor Swift has had some time when she could once again come to cheer him on at Kansas City Chiefs games. She was there for the Week 1 win and attended the Week 2 victory. She wasn’t there for the Week 3 game in Atlanta or Week 4 in L.A., but she showed up to Week 5 against the Saints and was there for the Week 9 game against the Buccaneers and Week 10 for the Broncos game.

Some sources says she won't be there and I think that will be the 2nd in a row that she won't be watching Chiefs game. Sad.
