I think all this is related with the ton of games FIFA makes the clubs play, the players are not holding on this extra load of games, and this is why we are seeing so much injuries.

Even though Arsenal still have mathematical chances, I think it's fair to say they won't win the Premier League this season. The 12-point gap is just too big. Even though Liverpool is showing some signs of season fatigue and they haven't been performing great recently, I don't see them losing that many points in only 9 games. Even assuming Arsenal beats Liverpool on 10th May, that still wouldn't do the trick.
I think Arsenal has a higher chance of winning the Champions League than winning the Premier League, and that's what they should focus on.

Realistically it is almost impossible for Liverpool to lose 8 games and Arsenal to win all their remaining games and become EPL champions. It is something impossible and like a miracle. Liverpool are in bad form after losing two competitions. They lost to PSG on penalties but I think PSG are in better form after seeing the results of both legs. The surprising thing is their loss to Newcastle because almost everyone favors Liverpool to be champions. But they have a 99% chance of winning the Premier League title this season. They just need to focus on the EPL and win every game. Even Liverpool don't have to win all their remaining games to be champions.

I believe the loss to Newcastle in that EFL cup final was as result of a traumatized lost to PSG, Liverpool never thought of PSG defeating them in that encounter, plus the fact that the game went on extra time so most of there was super exhausted and weak after that game, so these factors contributed too, and besides Newcastle too isn't an opponent team to win just easily.

Now coming to Liverpool's Premier League tittle race with major contending team Arsenal, I doubt if Liverpool would take any of their games going forward unserious, after their hopes are gone in the Champions League and the EFL competition.

Arteta has been the Arsenal manager since December 2019. He has been Arsenal manager for 5 years and in all that time he should have created a team in which there would be a Plan B whenever some good players got injured. But unfortunately he didn't create that and has signed players who are very susceptible to getting injured for a long time.

- Gabriel Jesus = the guy will only return to play in November this year, and this season he has only played 4 games. It was not a good signing.

- Kai Havertz = will return to play in July this year, after this season is over, the guy has only played 4 games this season. It was not a good signing.

- Raheem Sterling = will return to play in April this year, while the season is not over yet, but so far he has only played 6 games, I think it was not a good signing.

Amorim was brought in for longterm and he will have 2-3 seasons at least. He got the position in the worst possible time and with this kind of players he is doing the maximum. If he is able to win the europa league this season will be a good season for them. This is the only thing that can save their season so far. Even if he dosent win it i dont think he will be sacked.

The Europa League this year for United is something that can turn the season around and turn it from unsuccessful to successful, since getting the title + a ticket to the Champions League while being in the bottom half of the standings is the maximum possible. Thanks to the new format and low competition, this is quite possible - United's chances are currently estimated at around 18%.

That is true, if they could somehow manage to win the Europa league title then Amorim will have a lot more time and he will be considered great. However, Mourinho won this and yet he still was fired because more than anything else, the league title matters, and how it is going at the moment matters. Look at ETH, he was a terrible manager, but he has a third place, an EFL cup and a fa cup under his belt, even though he won all of those, he is still considered a terrible manager.

Because the time he got sacked, United wasn't even in top 10. Which means, even if you win something, in this case Amorim with Europa league, if next season they are still not even in top ten, he will be fired too. He has to do better next season.

Why will anyone even think Liverpool lost to Newcastle in the final was caused by Liverpool losing the PSG? Liverpool losing to PSG in the champions league should have motivated them to win the carabao cup, but they failed to win the match. Liverpool played against a dangerous club in the carabao cup final, Newcastle is a club which were so desperate to win the cup, and they were able to achieve that. Newcastle played well in the match, they didn’t give Liverpool much opportunity in the match, and they were able to get a win.

Both the first leg, and they second leg of the champions league match which Liverpool played against PSG, we all saw that PSG played better than Liverpool, and they were able to defeat Liverpool and they moved to the next stage of the champions league competition.

This is the simple equation for Arsenal this season. Someone might say "Then how did Arsenal manage to score 7 goals against PSV away?". That was a one-time thing and I bet even Arteta couldn't believe his eyes. 

They need more squad depth. Especially in the attacking area. How much longer will you continue to use unrelated players as strikers? This must be the first task in the next transfer window.

International break strikes Arsenal again. Calafiori who will be missing some weeks. His  ligament was injured during the international break. They have to replaced him with Tomiyasu, which is a good news.

I like how Tomiyasu always performed bang average. He's gonna be one of their weakness in the upcoming fixtures. It most likely PL trophy will be winning by their rival, Liverpool. They have no more chance to talk about trophy.

I don't know how this injury will affect their performance in the following matches, but one thing is certain that they will likely be eliminated in the title race because their performance has been inconsistent lately and now they will have another nightmare with the injury. Tomiyasu could possibly come in to replace Calafiori but I doubt that this player will be able to step on the gas straight away as the knee surgery is likely to affect his performance.

Calafiori has been one of Arsenal's important players. He sometimes helped club being a super-sub in important game. Missing him is obviously decreasing their strength. They have Tomiyasu who available to replace him, but not equal to him.

It's like Mikel Arteta is yet to understand this. If these coaches actually do see forum posts or random social media posts, it would actually guide them. I had suggested to Arteta for some seasons ago since arsenal became in good form that he should just concentrate on only two competitions for every season. EPL is number one and any other competition (CL, Fa cup, EFL, Europa etc). With only these two, you are good to fight. Use team B and play other tournaments. If you crash out, no case

Talking about Manchester United, they recently won a game against Leicester City. They beat them by 3-0. That was an obvious win for Manchester United because Leicester City is one of the weakest team. Leicester City has won 4 games only, but when we see that Manchester United winning 10 games only, this isn't the performance we used to see from Manchester United.

Injury has affected many teams this season and it affects big teams that usually use one player to play every game, a team like Real Madrid, Manchester City and Arsenal suffered injuries most this season and the reason is that don’t have many players to rotate so that the key players will be resting, a team like Liverpool Barcelona that has players to replace their key players will never complain about the injury, although it will affect them a little bit but have a backup player that can help is very important.

Arsenal doesn't have an excuse to give because Real Madrid has injury issues than Arsenal and Real Madrid still manages to compete in every competition, instead of Arsenal signing players that they lack in every position they will be signing midfielders, let observe Arsenal after the season end we will see the kind of players they will be signing.

Four games is too little to draw conclusions about how good a manager Van Nistelrooy could have been at Manchester United. It is completely correct that the Newcastle is not a weak team, but it has never been real to us that they will win the trophy against a very strong team in the EFL Cup final match. It seems to me that the Liverpool Football Club may be emotionally upset now, We are disappointed with this team's recent performance because they were unexpectedly defeated by PSG and we thought then that Liverpool might try to recover their loss in the EFL Cup. That's why I've said since long ago. Arteta has a good strategy and tactics for Arsenal, but in terms managing players, Arteta not too perfect. As we see Arsenal always fails to win the EPL title and one step closer to the title but last season failed too. That already indicates that in terms of rotating players, Arteta also has not had better results since 2019. As a professional coach, at least Arteta should learn from his previous mistakes, but the results are still the same.

It is very difficult for Arsenal to catch up with Liverpool's points gap of more than 10 points while the EPL matches are still ongoing with several matches remaining, So the EPL trophy will definitely be won by Liverpool this season because it will be an added value to cover their recent failures in all competitions.

We've seen the fact that Nottingham is a team that has transformed to a big team now. They even candidate as champions when they made draw Liverpool some time ago. So when we predict their match against MU, there is certainly no doubt about their winning. They played as host also, which make the squad confidence to create a record. I think MU must find a way to minimize the score, not how to win the match because when we talk about how strong the squad to manage the ball, MU seems lost control to how to pass the ball into the penalty box. The fans hope Bruno continue to perform as brilliantly as before, he's the fans only hope to turn things around, or at least to make a draw.

Now ,the position of Manchester United full strength football team is very low on the table because they lost many matches . They could win only 10 matches out of 29 matches and that team lost 12  matches and there were  7 matches lost by that team. Manchester United position is at 13th position and they should try to learn more things because with this performance, they will not get top position on the table. While Manchester United full strength team played last match against Leicester City team and that match was totally one sided and Leicester City team could not do any goal in this match and match was ended with result of 3 in 0.That is time for every team to learn from their mistakes.

I also think so, this manager has been in charge of many prestigious clubs before and all the clubs have done well while he has been in charge of those clubs. After taking charge of Manchester City, he has made Manchester City champions in all kinds of tournaments and now Manchester City is a successful team. Criticizing him would be disrespectful to Manchester City fans because before Pep Guardiola took over, Manchester City was not a success. A season can be bad and he needs time. Manchester City have to look at other teams where other teams are doing worse every season. Manchester City may not be able to win the Premier League title but they will be in a position to play in the Champions League next season.

Why will anyone even think Liverpool lost to Newcastle in the final was caused by Liverpool losing the PSG? Liverpool losing to PSG in the champions league should have motivated them to win the carabao cup, but they failed to win the match. Liverpool played against a dangerous club in the carabao cup final, Newcastle is a club which were so desperate to win the cup, and they were able to achieve that. Newcastle played well in the match, they didn’t give Liverpool much opportunity in the match, and they were able to get a win.

Liverpool journey in all leagues is over and for now they can focus on there 9 remaining matches of EPL. Liverpool is eliminated from UEFA but there EPL performance will ensure there participation in next season's Champions League. 

Liverpool vs PSG was a tight contest, we saw an Aggregate of 1-1 after the completion of both legs and Liverpool was eliminated by PSG on penalties. Both teams are top team of there leagues and both did well in both legs apart from Liverpool miserable performance during plenty shootouts that resulted in there elimination from UEFA.

All hopes are on Amorim to win the Europa League trophy to add credit to his name as the second coach after Mourinho who won the Europa League trophy for Manchester United.

It is worth noting that Mourinho and Ten Hag are the two coaches who won a trophy for Manchester United in their first season as Manchester United coach. Other coaches have also achieved significant success for Manchester United in the European league competition.

The ball is now in the court of  Amorim to decide the history you would make as Manchester United coach. Whether to win a trophy for Manchester United this season, or leave it till next season

I don't expect Amorim to win the Europa League title. It would be a big surprise for me if he manages to do that in such a horrible season. There are tougher opponents than Real Sociedad from now on. We will see how he handles the situation now.

When it comes to my thoughts, I would actually be happy if they make it. Because things have got even much worse since Erik ten Hag left. They aren't even in the FA Cup anymore. No EFL Cup either. A terrible position in the league too. So the only hope left is the Europa League trophy to achieve something this year.    Just find a way out to win it and give your fans more hope for next season. Otherwise it will be a more difficult summer for Amorim.
