I think the gap will remain the same at the top of the Premier League table, because I think Arsenal will the match against Nottingham Forest and I also think Manchester City will win against Manchester United,  so the point should remain the same after the weekend,  although I am a little skeptical about the Manchester derby, so if there any of the top team is going to drop point, then it should be Manchester City, but I am expecting them to win, because they have a lot at stake.

There are several matches today and from what I have been seeing from the way Arsenal is playing their game, it will be very hard for Arsenal to miss the opportunity of winning the premier league. If arsenal can beat Chelsea to ad more points to the ones they have, it means they are very serious about this season tournament and more points is loading for them.

Arsenal will win this season league title it is very clear and we don’t even need to argue about this anymore because they are doing very well and right now they are the best team in the world. Manchester city is not performing as expected season so they should focus on another trophy as for the premier league title it belongs to Arsenal, for more than two seasons now Arsenal has been trying to make sure that they lift the Premier league title, but they are always failing because of inconsistency and the constant injuries there major players always have in between the season, but right now they have a lot of players good and quality one for that matter so there’s not stopping them this season. Do not say we won't argue, we have to argue because argument will make you give your reason why you think arsenal will win and such reason might either be a good one to back up your claim and note you must have a counter from people like me that feels that it is not over yet considering that arsenal has to convincingly win and be handed over the title before I can say it is over, I understand why you said we should not be arguing about this further, but in this game, we must argue since the league has not ended, arsenal can mess up tomorrow, they are clearly leading in the league standings but the must finish at the top before I can be convinced and I have my reasons.

Liverpool and Manchester City both have been drawing with their opponents in the league for 3 weeks. This is bad for the Manchester team in terms of championship race.

The same for Liverpool because of being under a bigger threat of losing their place in top 4 in time. But I think this week will be the end of it for both teams.

Liverpool have the easiest job against Burnley though. Manchester City have a more difficult work to do clearly.

A succession of draws will certainly send both teams on their guard. Losing points streak would be highly risky to the title race of Manchester City. However, in the case of Liverpool, it is more a threat of finishing in the top four. Liverpool do have a great opportunity against Burnley provided that they are able to concentrate on the game. Manchester City will have to go the extra mile to get the second place. In addition, Aston Villa is advantaged of having home matches, as they always play uniformly and compactly. Hence this will be even more exciting in the second place race in the premier league.

Who knows. Sure, Manchester City enter tomorrow’s match as the clear favorite, but Manchester United may show their teeth and remind City of derby history, when they’ve beaten them before. And although Carrick and the players are still adapting to each other, I wouldn’t risk betting on  City win. From my bettor’s perspective, the safest option would be BTTS or choosing draw no bet if you’re backing Man City.

As long as Arsenal can have much better consistency, I am quite confident that the gap can be bigger for Arsenal because Manchester City also seems to have difficulties against their opponents, a draw could be the end for them, but if Arsenal loses its consistency again, don't expect too much from Arsenal because they will lose it and the gap will be even closer.

Even though I'm also one of those who think Manchester City will win the derby tomorrow I hope they don't.    Simply because of wishing to see Arsenal the champions this year...

This is like Arteta's best year with Arsenal you know. He has a squad which is performing really amazingly. I don't want to watch another scenario in which Manchester City come from behind and get the title from their hands again.

Honestly and this is what some people don’t understand about Arsenal up to today, and it has stage that they suppose believe Arsenal performances this season has far better than previous seasons that’s why they are still claim the top of standing. A lot of people was stated that Arsenal can’t go anywhere when they see Manchester City was winning almost all of their previous matches, and they can’t compare their performances with Arsenal.

This season it has clear that is for Arsenal they don’t need to argue anymore as you said earlier that’s how it goes,  and their current performances and consistency we hope that they can keep and win the premier league this season.

And for some period of time now Manchester city and Arsenal are the ones fighting for the championship if not that recently that Liverpool managed to win it has always been us and Arsenal not until we lost balance in the way we became unstable but the same time we should not be underrated because we can still decide to surprise everyone and the only problem we are going to be having will be arsenal to deal with if not as far as am concerned in are still in game game everyone.

And true that arsenal is in better form than manchester city but we shouod not be underestimated because any form of fuck up from arsenal will affect them and that is the only thing we need, for Arsenal to make mistakes and we use it to our advantage and we just need to do Better, and wait for the right opportunity because a lot of people still think that arsenal will not win the Premier league that they are always use to making mistakes and this is why, there is still a good chance for us to also win the Premier league and the coin is now between the both of them.

Maybe Aston Villa won't be able to stay in the title fight until the end. But I don't expect them to stay out of top 4 either. Emery has done a great work until now and I expect him to carry his team to the CL also.

Maybe he'll even lift an EL trophy in the same year.

Yeah and it's a thing we've seen quite often in the recent years. This must be the 3rd time seeing it happen. Manchester City have won the previous 2 duels as you know.

This is true that Arsenal is going on the top this season and the reason is they made a lot of changes or improvements in their performance as compared to the last season. One thing which is very prominent this time is that they remain consistent throughout the season till now. Because in previous seasons they started in a hell good way but gradually they started losing being good and a decline in their performances. But this time it seems that Arsenal will manage to have their best position or what they are struggling and dreaming for. And the match of Arsenal with Nottingham forest is expected that Arsenal will easily manage to win this match against them.  But Manchester city seems that they will lose their consistency and regularity maybe it is not true.

Nottingham isn't a good team, not this year at least and there is a big chance that Arsenal could lose to them and because of that I honestly expect a chance for Arsenal to get another win. They are leading the league and yes Liverpool tie was sad, they could have been leading with two more points if they could, but at the end of the day we are seeing them do fine.

This is why I think it could be very good period for them where they could be doing something much better. Arsenal had a shorter break than Nottingham, as two days ago they had just played against Chelsea in the EFL Cup, whereas Nottingham's last match was 7 days ago. So Arsenal players may be a little worn out compared to Nottingham, but that doesn't mean Arsenal will struggle because Arsenal has good squad depth, which means Arsenal can still perform well even if they have to rotate players.

Nottingham Forest is in bad shape, where they have only won once in their last six games, while always losing the other five. So I think Arsenal will get 3 points again.

He doesn't means because there opponent is not in good form they can't get opportunities to defeat them, Manchester United are playing Manchester City this weekend and we no that Manchester United are not in a good shap this season and they can get the opportunity to defeat Manchester City since they are playing at home and there players are back from the AFCON competition already so they will be higher motivated and get a new coach so that can make them get hope on Manchester City and get point with them. Arsenal are facing Nottingham Forest and I think Arsenal can be the favorite to win the match but anything can still happen because sometimes the clubs thtyou think won't perform against big club they will shock and do well and share point.

Suddenly, Leeds look like they are staying up comfortably this season, that's off course if their talisman keeps on banging goals week in week out. Finally, Dominic Calvert-Lewin is showing why clubs chased him for years, pure clinical class when the service clicks. He is having the time of his life at Leads this season! Player of the month is quite an achievement. I guess he has remembered at last that he is a striker and he needs goals to leave a legacy.

Whenever it is Manchester Derby, it used to be a very wonderful and entertaining match. But since Pep Guardiola started dominating English football, Manchester derby does not carry much weight again. But but with the presence of Manchester United Michael Carrick who also was able to hold Manchester City when he first coached as an interim coach, he will be able to give a good fight against Manchester City.

One other thing we need to consider is that, Manchester City has not been in their best form for the past three or four matches, so that we do their best to return to good form this weekend. Also they have a strong addition of Semenyo, so Manchester United has the larger work to do. I don't know if Mbeumo and Amad will be reintegrated in the team so fast. It will help Manchester United.
