I was not happy that Arsenal did not win that match yesterday. I expected them to win the match in order to increase the gap between them and Manchester city but they ended up drawing the match. Nottingham Forest is a very strong team. However, Arsenal is more inform than them. Arsenal didn’t make good use of the few opportunities had and again the Nottingham Forest goalkeeper was a very good one. He saved a lot of ball that would have gone into the net and that was why Arsenal was unable to score.

If Arsenal doesn't want to repeat the mistakes of last season, they must perform better. Their next match will be against Manchester United, so they must be vigilant if they don't want to suffer the same fate as Manchester City.

Even under Amorim, United was showing some fight in big games like against Liverpool. I don’t know if it will last but it’s great to see Manchester United playing like this in a derby again. It might be a long shot given the management chaos but i really hope things work out and we can build a long term, successful era with Carrick.

Whenever Manchester United are playing against a big team for some reasons they always give it their best, it makes me wonder if they lose their matches against smaller teams on purpose or they don't put in their concentration to the game. I was underestimate Manchester united because after changing coach i thought they will be easily to beated but i was clearly wrong about that because Carrick debut is run well he even can won in the derby game and for Liverpool i am getting tired to waiting this team consistent because during this season their performance is really unstable and in my opinion i think Liverpool should be buy at least 1 defender player this january because i can see their defensive lines is very weak moreover they still need reserve players for Van Dijk or Konate

Aston Villa being hopeful for a win would likely go all in so they can secure the 3 points in their game later today against Everton. Currently sitting at the 3rd spot on the table, if they can manage to win this game, they'll overtake Manchester city and claim the 2nd position. Arsenal in my opinion, fumbled. They ought to have pushed hard and won that game against Nottm Forest yesterday, increasing the slim lead they've currently got. They do need to accumulate as many points as they can if they want to keep the lead and win the title at the end of the season.

Arsenal are not taking this league seriously, if not they could have been leading by almost 10 points. They keep wasting opportunities . The luck they have this season is that Liverpool and Manchester City are not doing themselves this season, if not they would have topped the league. I watched yesterday match and I am still day dreaming on how Manchester United played the hell out of Manchester City.  It was as if Manchester City were a small team yesterday. I think they only had one shot on target. Manchester United played beautifully in both halves. It seems you have forgotten that Manchester united don't always joke or play with big teams even though they are not in a good form and they deserved the winning yesterday because they played Manchester city like they were better than and that yesterday Manchester united was far better than Manchester city and if not for those offside and opportunities missed, the game would have ended like 5-6:0, Manchester city was very lucky yesterday and this was the same way Manchester united played against arsenal in their first match but Arsenal was fortunate enough to win. There's no certainty that Arsenal will win the league for now.

This is true, but we did not see United this way for the whole season, in fact we have failed to see United like this in a long time, for years we have failed to see them like this. The difference is easy to spot but the reality is that they are not playing this great because of Carrick.

Let me paint you a picture, United players are aware that for the past few years all the managers that came to the team ended up being bad and getting sacked, so much so that fans are questioning if the players are even good, which makes their future salaries questionable, if the players are bad, why pay them good salaries by anyone? Teams may consider these players bad too, and not just the manager.

So when the manager gets fired, the players has to play great, that means, since the manager is gone, and players are great, then maybe the issue is with the manager and not with the players and these players are good and deserve good salaries? This is why they played great, better than before, because they can be better, they just didn't want to, but now that it may impact their future salaries? They are playing like the best team.

It's not their fault, it's not like the players decided to draw on purpose, they tried their best but Nottingham's defence was too good for them to find the net. Maybe Nottingham Forest got motivated by playing at their ground and wanted to impress their fans so they did everything possible to avoid defeat.

 Moreover, hope you noticed that Arsenal had several chances, the had 9 shots with 3 of it on target and even dominated in the match, so if they're not serious like you think, they won't have made such effort, although I feel the coaches decision played a role to the match outcome, he benched several important players, I wonder why he underrated Nottingham Forest.

For the past previous Seasons now only Manchester City is the only team that normally finds their way to win the trophy, that was why they are able to win it for almost four consecutive seasons. I'm not convinced with the seven points away from Arsenal, because manchester City always know how to find their way out, I still have confidence in them despite their performance. If arsenal can maintain their consistency, I'm very confident that nothing Manchester City can do to push them away. Currently arsenal are live for all the four trophies, and they are having their best time in all.

This win is of course good for Man Utd, but even despite it, they are still not out of the woods. It would be one thing if they beat for example Arsenal or another team that is in a good form, but City is in a crisis so beating them is not an indciator that things at United changed for good.

Having said that, I don't like Man Utd and never will so maybe its more of a whisful thinking on my part, seeing them suck as long as possible.

Newcastle remain in 8th position on the table, Newcastle performance have dropped drastically this season, their attack today was horrible to watch. In my opinion, they made a bad decision selling Isak to Liverpool. Even worse, that they didn’t use the money from the sale buy quality players as replacements.
