The fact that Arsenal failed to win yet again is a shame, City is giving an out to Arsenal for two weeks and Arsenal has failed both times. If they won both games that would have been four more points ahead of City and right now we would be talking about realistically the first championship of Arsenal in many years.

However, seeing games like these makes me question if Arsenal could even win, because if you fail to defeat Nottingham Forrest, then anything could happen to you and may lose your chance. Still they are ahead by seven points, so they have a great chance.

For the past previous Seasons now only Manchester City is the only team that normally finds their way to win the trophy, that was why they are able to win it for almost four consecutive seasons. I'm not convinced with the seven points away from Arsenal, because manchester City always know how to find their way out, I still have confidence in them despite their performance. If arsenal can maintain their consistency, I'm very confident that nothing Manchester City can do to push them away. Currently arsenal are live for all the four trophies, and they are having their best time in all.

I'd like to say there's still plenty of time and everything could change, but I've seen how City have struggled this season, how they've been alternating draws with wins, and now they've managed to lose to Manchester United when winning was all they cared about. After the loss, talk of Guardiola leaving City started up again, and I'm starting to believe it. I think Guardiola is tired of these rumors, and the fans want change too, so I believe Pep could leave at the end of the season.

Premier League table topper Arsenal is now struggling to win because we can see that this team is not winning after gaining 50 points, perhaps everyone can see this. This team drew against Nottingham Forest last night and they had no chance of winning that game, in my opinion, the main thing is that they couldn't build an attack well in that game. I will say that, the table toppers should be more consistent, as they currently have only 7 points more than the second-placed team. Anyway, it seems to me that Nottingham Forest showed their full strength at home because they shared the points against the mighty Arsenal.

Arsenal probably don't take this match seriously. And that's why they don't give full effort. Arteta is probably more worried about the Inter Milan match. We saw Arsenal perform very cautiously against Nottingham Forest. They have made very few attempts to score. Despite having 61% ball possession, they managed only 3 on target shots.

I get your point but can Manchester city do the same as they do before, they use to be a good team and can also come up with a surprise tjsj for time, what is our conviction that they can do that which we know them for, if we should consider their current form, can you say that they can actually do that, although arsenal is never a team to rely on, they are clearly toping Manchester city with 7points you have stated that, just look at what they did yesterday when they had the opportunity to go on clear 9points against Manchester but they did as usual, so for arsenal the league race is still very much on because I do not trust them.

This win is of course good for Man Utd, but even despite it, they are still not out of the woods. It would be one thing if they beat for example Arsenal or another team that is in a good form, but City is in a crisis so beating them is not an indciator that things at United changed for good.

Having said that, I don't like Man Utd and never will so maybe its more of a whisful thinking on my part, seeing them suck as long as possible. 

Manchester united win against Manchester city was not a surprise to me because they are more like rivals and what united played yesterday I think they deserved the win. If you watch the first half you would see Manchester united possession and attempts was great but I was surprised how Manchester city was winning possession and to me I think that was not correct because Manchester united didn't give Manchester city a breathing space because of how they were rushing them.

Maybe the gap with Manchester City has got bigger. But I'm pretty sure Arteta isn't satisfied with the draw.    By the way why wouldn't they take this match seriously? It doesn't make sense.

They are a team chasing the league championship. They want to make it finally after a break over 20 years. This is their biggest chance in the recent years as neither Manchester City nor Liverpool are doing good.

Newcastle remain in 8th position on the table, Newcastle performance have dropped drastically this season, their attack today was horrible to watch. In my opinion, they made a bad decision selling Isak to Liverpool. Even worse, that they didn’t use the money from the sale buy quality players as replacements.

I remember Woltemade was getting hyped, but he's nowhere now. They have no someone who can be direct. It's getting worsen with how slow their gameplay is. To be fair, they were able to bring the ball to the box, but always being headless chicken when it comes to how to score the ball to the back of the net.

I believe something has to change from them, and it should be their managerial. This team is just a disaster. Even the oil's money can't help them to build a proper squad.

What a week of premier league football it has been, like for we gamblers I don’t even know what to say, it been a very bad week and all I can say is I really hope a week like this don’t come by soon. 10 premier league games were played this and only 2 teams scored 3 or more goals, after having a bad day yesterday I said to myself that today  will be better but to my biggest surprise only a goal was scored today in both fixtures.

I have lost a lot this week and I just hope I recover in the champions league game this mid week.

Whenever Manchester United are playing against a big team for some reasons they always give it their best, it makes me wonder if they lose their matches against smaller teams on purpose or they don't put in their concentration to the game. This isn't the first time that united are beating Manchester City being in anm disorganised form. They really need to learn how to build consistency in their performance

Manchester United's performance Shows me there's still great football there seeing Manchester United beat Manchester City is incredible and Arsenal definitely know how to have good luck, If it had been Manchester City who had been unbeaten for three seasons , they would have been in first place by now.

And to think of Manchester City were in their position they would have seized the opportunity. An inform Manchester City cannot drop points 2 consecutive times alongside the team that's second on the table with them. These are the kind of advantages that shouldn't be put to waste. Arsenal has proven to be a better team this season and it would be a big blow if at the end of match day 38 they are not crowned EPL champions. Manchester City has played 4 EPL matches this month and has won non of it, 3 draws and a loss, this is an ample time for Arsenal to have gathered all points. Yes they could, because to win the title, you have to take advantage of your opponent slip ups.

Yeah, it's astonishing given the fact that none of the top 4 teams currently in the EPL won there respective matches, even after the fact that City lost woefully neither Aston Villa or Arsenal decided to seal the opportunity, Aston Villa continues following Man City thread.

Then don't get me started with Newcastle 0-0 goalless draw against WOLVES!! of all people, I don't under Howe at all one moment he is pulling Man City and the next, he is drawing with the bottom team. But although, it seems Wolves is already picking up but I fear it's already too late for them.

All of a sudden all the big teams are no longer serious, this weekend has to be the worst turn out of events this season. after Arsenal's failed attempt to win Aston villa also lost as well and Manchester City also lost to Manchester United,.now it's looking like a joke. ate these three teams still serious to compete for the title. it is so disappointing that Aston villa ended up losing today

If any of these teams had won one of these matches, they would have gained a huge advantage. However, all three teams dropped points. This was something I honestly didn't expect, because they were all winnable matches for all three teams. I'm still particularly surprised at how Arsenal dropped points, considering they've been playing very well this year. They just couldn't score and couldn't break through the tough defense. But if they lose two points in this match, they could lose three points in much tougher matches on their path to the championship.

Aston Villa failed to take advantage of the opportunity and lost 1–0 at home to Everton.
I thought Aston Villa would win tonight because a victory would have taken them up to second place and reduced the points gap with Arsenal.

Newcastle drew 0–0 with bottom of the table Wolverhampton. I really don’t understand how they couldn’t beat this team.

I wouldn't really call them rivals because if you compare how both teams play Manchester City is actually better but for some reasons  Manchester United always wins city and i don't know why...I honestly wasn't expecting Manchester United to win because they are not in form and it was obvious that Manchester city had more advantages...well, I guess that is what sports is all about,  the unexpected can happen

He's done a lot for, and to football in general. We all see the hunger in the man's eyes whenever he loses a game, due to one wrongly executed strategy or another. He's always bitter with himself, and that's an outright challenging attitude to improve and do more. He truly is a one of the Legends of all times.About the blues: In the end, Chelsea has dropped from 3rd place; they are now below Manchester United, who were previously struggling in 15th place in the English premier league. Chelsea's defense is too weak game, the team has lost focus. Luckily, Brentford's attackers failed to focus, which literally gave Chelsea the 3 points. However, I'm Glad to see Cole Palmer and Joao Pedro on the scoresheet. I hope Palmer can regain his confidence, full potential and form soon.

That's the whole point, not getting enough points from the game which should have given them enough gap between them and Manchester City...arsenal are no longer pushing to win the title, I just hope they don't mess this up because it took them a lot to get to where they are today...I still think that they would put in effort in their upcoming matches, they need to win this title.

This was a surprising one and truly speaking, we do not expect this win from the Manchester United team. I was very surprised though as they got a win with a clean sheet against Manchester City, a team that is doing well and to Manchester United that has not been doing well this season. Well this is football and trust me, in football anything can easily happen, and here it is, Manchester United bringing down Manchester City to a lost was another side of one of the early carrick's story.
