Aston Villa is more of a "big six" than many of the teams in the recent years. You think Spurs is "big six"? You think United is? Hell even Chelsea is doubtful at the moment. There are three teams that are consistently at high levels, which are Manchester City who won many titles, Liverpool who won few titles, and Arsenal who keeps being second every year . So those three are very legit big six without even questioning it. However, what do you think that United, Spurs and Chelsea have that is better than Villa in the recent years? I would say that Villa is better than at least two of them, far better than Spurs and definitely without a doubt better than United. Hence why I think Unai Emery is making a big deal out of a single loss.

I don't really know why many of these clubs we thought they are going to perform well and have more point with an easy wins are falling by the side. Aston Villa is a great club we all thought could over take Manchester City and Arsenal looking at the way they were playing but it was unfortunate to see that both Aston Villa, Manchester City and Arsenal is falling aside.
Lol, were you really expecting Aston Villa, Bournemouth or Crystal Palace and the likes to finish ahead of a team like Manchester City, I already knew these teams are only filling up the gaps at the moment and when the tough gets going they would go black to where they belong. I earlier said that teams like Sunderland are gathering enough points to stay out of relegation and when the time comes they will naturally drop from the position to allow teams that has always filled it to take up their place. I have come to understand that these teams perform well during a particular period of the season and fall back to where they belong months before the season comes to an end, only in few occasions will they finish in a Champions League spot, I have come to understand this pattern. That's why I agree with the football saying, form is temporary while class is permanent.

I'm feeling T.Frank is just getting closer from being sacked by Spurs. 5 games without win in the new year. It's absolutely terrible result, and i believe it's not what board wanted from him. I know the latest news said he's still leading the game against BVB in UCL, but it may be his last game if his team keeps losing. This is how Spurs does spurs thing. Sacking manager, sign a new one, then sack again after months. At this point the win against BVB is the only thing that can save his job. Apart from that i've heard Spurs fans are moaning T.Frank out! The pressure for him is just getting bigger, and almost coming to its end. Honestly I feel for him, it just doesn’t want to work out for him at Tottenham, well I think they have enough quality in the squad to at least get an European football for next season but instead they are still trying to find their feet. Another big problem they have this season is struggling to win games at home ground, and for sure when you struggle to win games at home in the premier league then definitely you are going to have a very terrible season. To some extent I feel maybe the numbers of injury have had a huge impact on their foam this season, seeing the likes of Maddison, Kulusevski and now bentacur and kudus too. Well maybe another manager can do well with the squad, and I think with such poor results piling up it will be the best for the club to let him go.

Aston Villa had a good opportunity in hand to capture the 2nd position and get 4 points behind Arsenal at the same time. But they wasted it very generously. I don't know how they didn't manage to score in a game which they played better than their opponent. Everton somehow secured a 1-0 win away... Emery's team do it even with a low xG most of the time. But this time they weren't on their day. It’s been a crazy week. Arsenal drew and City lost, so Villa had a great chance to join the title race but then they lost to Everton at home. Such a shame. If Arsenal beats Manchester United next week, i think they’ll be champions. But Manchester United finally looks like the old United with Carrick after many years. We’ll see.

Arsenal should not be compared to Aston Villa and Manchester City because the week where they played draw Arsenal was the only team that escaped that chained draw like the rest of the team but the last game of Arsenal was disappointing because everyone expected them to win when Manchester United helped them to beat Manchester City but they failed, Aston Villa was supposed to win against Everton lwo but they lost. Different things are happening this season no one knows the next thing that will happen after this week or champions League.

Arsenal didn't win it recently but their performance kept them in top since the new management. Manchester City and Liverpool are fluctuating but stay on top most of the time. Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are the clown of the league. Well Manchester United is a clown wearing a suit and sneaking from the window to the top teams meeting, if you can imagine the scene. Aston Villa is showing a good performance overall with some disappointment. Same goes for Newcastle United before that season. The remaining teams are just visitors.

Honestly, they are the team that deserved to win, and that is why they were able to win the match. Many people did not expect Manchester United to win the match based on their recent matches played, and they did not get good results. One thing I just like about Manchester United this season, which I have noticed, is that whenever they want to play a big team, they always appear so strong. I just remember when Manchester United played against Arsenal; I was really impressed with how they performed that day, and that is how they still played against Chelsea. With the way I am observing Manchester United, it will be very hard for any big team to beat them home and away. Since their next match against Arsenal will not be easy for Arsenal if they can play so well as they played against Manchester City.
Yeah, Manchester united tend to put up an amazing performance that leads to goals and a win in the end when they come up against a seemingly stronger team and then go on to fumble and either draw or lose games when they come up against a team they ordinarily should have the win over. I certainly didn't expect Man united to score two goals and keep a clean sheet as well. I was really happy with the Man united win. I was quite scared Man city would have scored lots of goals, seeing as they had a lot more time with the ball in their possession. But Man united came alive in the second half, scoring the two goals that gave them the win.

Yea, a very crazy one indeed. I never imagine Arsenal drawing against Nothingham forest that has not win any of their game for long time and also seeing Manchester united played so well against Manchester city and still had the opportunity to defeated them 2 null with some goals cancelled. I'm afraid to say this say, I feel Arsenal will not be able to win Manchester united not even because they defeated Manchester city but because of what they played Arsenal in their first meeting.

Despite Arsenal drawed against Nottingham forest,l. the week turns in arsenal favour because Manchester city and Aston villa couldn't secure three points. Arsenal is leading by seven points and they still have several matches that are yet to be played. We can't use a single match to judge Manchester United performance. Manchester United May have beaten Manchester city at old Trafford. It was an impressive performance by Manchester United as they beat city 2-0.Arsenal should not underestimate Manchester United given their impressive play against City.

The write up to me looks like an ultimatum on the coach, which one is, he will still remain for the Dortmund game which means if he doesn't win, he will be kicked out of the team for good. I feel so sad for coaches these days because of how things are. The previous coach was sacked after winning them a trophy but he wasn't having a good result in the league, but even at that he still managed to win the Europa league for them.

Even if Aston villa were able to win their last match, I won’t still count them amount the title contenders, and they couldn’t even win Everton in their last match. Aston villa might be able to qualify for the champions league next season, but winning the premier league this season is just something we going to find so difficult. If Arsenal beats Manchester United next week, i think they’ll be champions. But Manchester United finally looks like the old United with Carrick after many years. We’ll see.
Manchester United won their last match against Manchester city which came as a suprise because most people never expected that, their performance was good in the match, but let’s wait and see if Manchester United will be able to continue with the kind of performance they displayed in their last match.

Not just that they won but they won with a very good football display, I watched a clip last night were three Manchester united players were just passing the ball around themselves and the commentator was just calling their names as the ball was revolving around them. It was as if it's the old Manchester city that was doing that. How football can really change, just imagine Manchester city given a taste of their own medicine because that's what they normally do to teams back then.

The clip you watched, do you know who was in the middle of the Manchester United players passing the ball among themselves? Let me give you a hint: That person was the person that bragged that he can't wait to join Manchester city in order to have the opportunity to humiliate Manchester United That is the reason behind the trending of that very video you watched. It was a video about a club and an individual...

Once more, Arsenal looses on a good chance to go several points ahead of Manchester City and Aston Villa. This leaves me with the impression of, either they intend to stay just about the above Manchester City with a couple of points so, they use the pressure as a motivating factor or they are not just ready to win this league as with one mistake such as they did over the weekend and Manchester City would emerge at the top while they struggle to catch up. Arteta needs to be taking these chances to increase the point gaps.
