With this lost for Arsenal now title race is still wide open, 4 points difference brings Manchester City and Aston Villa back into chase now how things will work for Gunners, it's going to be more interesting because they are losing their momentum.
The thing now with Arsenal losing the game is they will be losing confidence in themselves under the pressure that what has happened to them in the past two seasons is about to happen again, and that can make winning games going forward more difficult. I feel the Arsenal coach has to detach himself from favoring some certain players because they've been in the club for a longer time than some other players come up players like Martin Odegaard who was very poor in the game against Manchester United and even Gabriel Jesus. Eberechi Eze should have been given a chance.

It is going to be a tougher season going forward.

Manchester United have finally bursted Arsenal bubbles by defeating them 3-2 in Emirate Stadium. United is the first team to win Arsenal in Emirate this season making it the sixth time for Arsenal to concede three goals at home since Arteta took over as Arsenal head coach.

I know that a lot of people were happy that we lost the game but to me nothing has changed, and a good congratulations to them for winning us and what happened to Arsenal is nothing new and Arteta have there and a lot of people wanted us to lose, and we underestimated the game and that is why it ended like that and am sure that Arteta is going to make lot of amendments after this game because we can not afford to lose any game at this point because this is the only way we can show that the  title is not to joke and we need to take our games seriously.

Quote
Carrick has that old Manchester United flame still burning inside him and it seems that he has impacted at old United flame into the hearts of these players because you can see them playing with confidence and passion to make sure they secure the victory. United has whipped the ass of two big teams back to back. What an incredible performance.

And Manchester that everyone are praising just because they won against us I won't even say anything because the same Manchester united can not win the title and they will start fucking up very soon if it is the Manchester united that I know so the praise won't even be long before it turns to criticism I know that is what exactly will happen to them so We can also laugh Manchester united fans.

Manchester United were able to get a win today, they played incredibly well in the match, most people didn’t expect the result of the match, but I knew Manchester United might just end up surprising everyone in the match, and they were able to do that. Before the match started most people were saying Manchester United have not been consistent, and Arsenal have been in form, so most people expected Arsenal to win in the match.
Congrats to the the Red Devil for gettingg their 3 points victory. I must confess Man U blew my expectations, Man U weren't playing all their well during the first half, they were barely able to make successful completed passes, infact I could count the numbers of time they moved past the mid field toward their opposition goal post....It was during the second half I discovered something, the Red Devil used the first half to to understand their opponent and used the second half to blast them...The 3 goals from Man U was blast, for me they should be awarded as the goal of the season, most especially the goal from Cunha at the 87 minute..

It's sad for all of us, I guess some people are happy about the outcome since they don't want Arsenal to win but I can tell you that Arsenal tried their best in this match. There is nothing they would have done better than what they did, people that think Arsenal will not win the League can think what they like but Arsenal tried, it's just that Manchester United were also prepared and gave all they have in the match, the match might have ended at draw but it's what it is.

I wasn't too comfortable with Zubimendi in today's match, it took Arteta forever to realize that guy need to be substituted in the match because he should have been substituted when he caused the mistake of the first goal, the same Zubimendi was shouting that ref should do something that there was a possible hand ball when you were supposed to be doing the pushing until the referee blows the whislte, he had zero awareness about his defensive midefied.

Linking yourself to the past is a very bad thing to do, one just need to make sure that they allow the past to be bygone and face what is ahead of them. Arsenal have fought so hard to have made it this far in the fight for the premier league trophy, so a loss today shouldn't make them feel less of themselves or feel retard in such a way that they don’t have that zeal to win again in them. Manchester United did played an excellent game tonight and they deserve the win over Arsenal if you ask me.

Their new game under the new management has proven to be great. They’ve now won two big teams in the premier league but until they’re able to extend the win to also small clubs, one can be more convincing in his ways of managing the team to be one of the best they’ve gotten in recent times. I will be looking forward to Manchester United’s first ten games under the new coach, it shows to be worth it, so keeping an eye on them on their progression will make one tell how they can end the season. They’re currently only playing in the premier league, so it’ll give them some ample time to train and focus on the competition.

Arsenal played the possession, dominated the game with a total of nine corners but still lost the game to a team with only 2 corners. Manchester United now sits comfortably on the 4th place. I'm sure Manchester city is celebrating right now, arsenal at the verge of bottling the title again.

This match was like a lifeline for Manchester City. Even without Rodri and De Bruyne, Guardiola is trying new formations and sticking close to the leader. i’m sure both he and Emery who is doing wonders with Aston Villa this season are much happier tonight than Manchester United’s manager, Michael Carrick. Still, i think the London Gunners will be the ones celebrating at the end of the season.

Truth be told, I was one of the many persons that actually taught that the sacking of Ruben amorim was a big mistake but looking at how the whole thing has transpired am starting to believe that it was indeed amorim that was actually limiting this teams performance because for just this two games they have shown that they can actually play good football and also convert their chances at goal because all the three chances they got today resulted to the three goals.

The sacking of Amorim was a decision Manchester united should have made from the start. At first people might be amazed at the strategy and ideas it would bring, but over time it just didn't work and Manchester united's performance wasn't even consistent. He even accused some players of being incapable of carrying out his instructions and becoming a burden on the team.

But with Carrick's performance, we know that Manchester United's performance wasn't that bad. With a simpler approach, clearer communication, and his principles brought from the SAF, he appears to be turning things around for Manchester United. Don't want to conclude too soon either, but Carrick will change Manchester united's condition.

Before the match started most people were saying Manchester United have not been consistent, and Arsenal have been in form, so most people expected Arsenal to win in the match.

I did not expect Manchester United to win the game and one of my reasons was that Arsenal were the host. Another reason is that Arsenal seemed to be in better form than Manchester United, and it has been a long time since Manchester United were able to beat Arsenal at home in the Premier League.also, Arsenal had drawn two matches before this Manchester United game, so I was expecting Arsenal to do everything possible to win and keep a good points gap between them, Manchester City, and Aston Villa. However, Arsenal did not play as expected.

I just hope this is not the beginning of Arsenal losing matches, because I keep imagining why a team that wants to win the Premier League would lose two matches in a row and then still lose another one. If Arsenal are not able to win the Premier League this season, it will be hard for them to win it again in the next few seasons, because they had a big opportunity this time around and have thrown away some good chances over the last three seasons.i don't know why arsenal will always started well but end up messing up toward the end of the season.

Dominated the game in what essence, both teams battled out the possession, both teams had same numbers of big chances created, both teams had almost the same numbers of shot on target and now you are including corner as part of dominance, that a big shame.

Arsenal played well but sooner of later I was expecting a defeat like this, when you have been so dominant all season and you attackers are not the one running the show then definitely a result like this is likely to come by. Now the league is a bit open and take it or leave it the pressure is now on Arsenal, let see if they can keep up or fall off.

This match was like a lifeline for Manchester City. Well I don’t like excuses when a manager fails to deliver, pep had all transfers windows to try to replace both players so it not an excuse that he his Trying to keep up because he lost most of his players. Big managers always find a way and such is expected from pep.

After that arsenal defeat today both Manchester city and Aston Villa now have a huge motivation to try to keep up with arsenal, let see if this result today will change the fate of who will win the premier league this season.

This very much unbelievable and I never knew that Arsenal could easily lose to Manchester United the same way Liverpool ans Manchester City lose to them too.
Arsenal fans underestimated Manchester United in the match, they were thinking Manchester United isn’t consistent so they going to win them, Arsenal fans were just so confident that they going to win, I heard them saying different things before the match started, but they were shocked by the result of the match. Manchester United is a dangerous club which every other club will have to be careful when playing against them.

Since Manchester United is under a new coach, we should expect changes in their performance, and they might surprise us in some matches, let’s see if Manchester United is going to continue performing like this.

I do agree with you with Arteta's sentimentality, at this point because Gabriel banged some goals in previous matches doesn’t mean he is going to be consistent, and don't get me started on Odegaard, Eze was playing exceptionally good before Odegaard came back from injury, I don't know why the swift change and consistent benching of Eze even when Odegaard isn't performing. At this moment the only old player performing in that squad back to back regardless of injuries is Saka.

But I don’t think Arteta will tend to start losing games because of this lose over Man United.

Second game as an interim head coach on Man United for Michael Carrick and second epic win.
Last week, they defeated Man City 2-0 in the Manchester Derby, and now they beat Arsenal 3-2 away. This is more than any United fan could ask for. I'm not sure how much credit Carrick deserves for that, but I don't think there will be any major rush to sign a permanent manager and probably the owner (Jim Ratcliffe) will let Carrick stay for a bit longer to see if he can deliver similar results in the longer run.

As for the game itself, Arsenal was looking really sloppy in their defense line. First, a mistake by Saliba that almost cost Arsenal a goal, then another mistake by Zubimendi who literally just passed the ball to United's Mbeumo, who used that pass to equalise.
In all honesty, a draw would be a fairer result, but United did show a fighting spirit and pressing from the start, so they worked hard to earn that 3 points.

It's good to see Man United back in the top 4, and I hope they will manage to stay there till the end of the season. Their fans deserve some successes after all the turbulent times.

Have watched games that could decide the fate of a team but when it comes to this game between Arsenal vs Manchester United I felt bad for the Gunners, they played like nothing was at stake. At first it was 7pt gap between them and City but now they have 4pt and before you know it they're level on point and the pressure will be high on Arsenal, so how are they going to win the EPL title knowing fully well that Manchester City are breathing behind their neck? This is the last time for Arteta to get things right but if he fails, I think he's leaving the club as the manager.

Four points is still a very significant advantage for winning the title. And the most important thing isn't that Arsenal has more points, but that they're playing better. Even if you compare games, Arsenal put up a more serious fight against United than City.
United's next game is against Fulham, and at home. I hope they can continue their winning streak. It would be strange if, after beating the two leaders, they drop points in a game against an underdog.

Arsenal collapsed at home, losing 3–2 to Manchester United and dropping a very important three points. Their closest rivals won their matches and reduced the points gap with Arsenal to four.

Aston Villa earned a very important away win. They beat Newcastle United 2–0.
Seeing Arsenal drop points tonight must have motivated them even more.

Don't get it twisted mate, every fan has to every their time when they deserve it,  be it brief or long it shouldn't be only when the team are having bad games that's when we have to speak loud about them failing. Tonight Manchester United deserves all the praises they're getting because they displayed a high level of discipline on the field against Arsenal who has the best performance this season but United broke their defenses and denied them an important three points thay should have kept them safer at the top.

Sorry but I feel the timeline is messed up, because Aston Villa played there match against Newcastle prior to the Arsenal v Man United match, that's why I thought Arsenal will be motivated since there contenders all won there 3 points but I guess the football gods had a plan for there own.

Did any of you guys notice the one touch passes from Man United ? At one point I thought Arsenal was playing Barcelona, and the way they get out of tight spaces brought back memories. Man United should keep this up, would want to see them in the UCL next season

You're right about that, manchester united didn't play in the first half and you're also correct when you said you could count the number of time they moved past the mid field. However manchester united only have one short on target in the first half but they didn't just waste it but they converted it to goal and that's a very nice record, it was during the second half that they were trying to move the ball in the half of thier opponent but in all I must say that manchester united did absolutely well tonight. honestly I never expected this from them I just believed they won't allow arsenal to beat them for the second time but I never knew they would win them back.

Yeah, very unfortunate for Arsenal, I really hoped or believed that Arsenal will manage to beat Manchester united after they scored the first goal, but not quite long after, Manchester united also scored an own goal which I believe destabilized the team, it was a mistake and I believe that one mistake is what discouraged their Arsenal players, though they managed to score their second goal but Manchester united at that point were too powerful to overcome.

It's really a mess of a match for Arsenal because if they lose one more game right now, and their closest rival win their games again like they did today, I will be one point left before arsenal comes crashing to the third place while Manchester city and Aston villa will take over the first and second position in the league table, Arsenal really need to sit up.

Its right time Manchester united prove there superiority in the premier league this season after an inconsistent performance at the beginning of the season, for so long Manchester united have been faced with consistency issues all because of team mismanagement and wrong approach to games by the sacked coaches but now they have found Alex Ferguson's replacement which is Michael Carrick. In there last game against Manchester city when all where expecting a humiliating results in the side of united but they where able to prove world wrong by winning Manchester in an unexpected manner which they will do same against arsenal in there next game and that of Arsenal will be worst than that of city.
I think it's too early to rush into saying that Michael Carrick is sir Alex Ferguson's replacement because he has only displayed against Manchester city at old Trafford. The victory seems very resounding but then we should not forget that The team also had a home advantage even though it was a derby. Manchester city was completely outplayed and defeated too.

However Arsenal is a more consistent side with a long streak of consistency. Arsenal has beaten almost all the leading teams in the Europes top leagues. I strongly know the game won't be as easy for Manchester United as fans are hoping. Arsenal could spoil the mood and score more goals. Carrick is a promising coach but I am going to judge after Arsenal game. For now, he's just a glorified Ruben Amorim.
Following today's victory against almighty Arsenal , I am fully convinced that Carrick is right man for Man U job. He has proven to be the Alex Ferguson that Man U have been trying to find a perfect replacement for. You needed to see the way Man U was playing today. In fact they humiliated Arsenal to the point that  Arsenal started playing defensive game.
Carrick was really really wonderful today. I feel the Old Man U every team dreaded is fully back to her feet. From now on any team that is playing against Man U will be slightly tensioned.
Although I heard he is currently serving as Interim Boss. I just hope if the board management fully gives him the Job , he won't relent in the team's impressive form. Because the likes of Ole Solksjear started impressively but didn't end well at Old Trafford.

I already knew that Manchester United is back on there feet considering the way they won Manchester city and now arsenal. This is really a great improvement. From the look of things right I think Manchester United made the right decision by sacking armorim, they knew that with his stay Manchester United will never improve but get worser . Carrick will definitely do great job in Manchester United before this season end and also next season.
