I was seriously running stomach pains through out yesterday, and i was taking to the hospital for medical check up, and i was carefully given the attention by the doctor  because of how serious it was and which some different kinds of test was conducted on me, i Waited for the results to came out before the doctor was able to identify the courses that resulted to the stomach pains, and i was treated after the them and some medications was given to me to continue taking for days.

And when i wake up this morning i wasn't feeling any pains in my stomach again, that is why i decided to do my daily push-ups exercise today because i missed out my daily routine yesterday due the pains, i was able to archive my 20 push-ups exercise in 8 sets and after then i gym for like an hours.

Sorry about the stomach pains, hope you're very much ok after taking the drugs. Sometimes we should not always see this fitness as something that covers our health, we should go beyond that by running some test/check ups from time to time so not to be taken unaware by some of these sicknesses. Things we eat can be the major cause but we might see all those food as enjoyment, nothing bad about enjoying yourself but we should know when to act...well let us be careful with all we do and stay healthy at all time.

Your absolutely right and I totally agree with everything you said. Fitness alone is not enough we really do need to be more intentional about regular check ups and paying attention to what we eat. Sometimes we overlook things until they start affecting us. It is true enjoying life is important but balance is key. Thanks for the reminder let's all try to stay mindful and take our health seriously wishing us all good health always.

I woke up this morning weak and tired but I was able to do my daily push up and since the first day that I joined this thread that is when I took my push up exercise serious and I have been seeing some development on my arms, muscles and body system, and also my body has become lighter and free, that I can move my body in any direction freely, I was able to do 20 pushups in three sets.



My report:100k, Lolipo,3,110,2025-07-21.
The numbers of push up you have done so far can't bring development to your arms unless you have been visiting the gym, 💪 you also try to increase your numbers of push up per day doing 20 push up in 3 set doesn't show any improvement so you should try and increase your numbers push up if you truly want to see some development in your arms.

I did 173 push up yesterday and today in several sets and reps am also working on how to increase my numbers of push up, exercise is another way to live a healthy life.

Yesterday was the usual 75 push ups. But today was a bit challenging as I decided to step up. Though a bit strenuous, but a climb made. Total of 90 today. 20×3 sets, and then 15×2.

It is normal to feel tired but you should not stop, definitely continue and you will see that you will feel much better after a few days. I did not realize that you can see so many changes in your body so soon, but wait for a month and continue some exercises including push ups, I hope you will see more changes in your body and your body will feel much fitter. But gradually increase the push ups, try to complete 100 in a few sets.

I completed push-ups in the morning. I completed a total of 100 push-ups in 5 sets today. However, I take Sunday off every week and rest.

Even a month is enough to show progress. If you're training properly, you'll see results in a short time. Training, nutrition and sleep all work together as a whole. If one of them is missing, it's harder to get results. When you live a disciplined life, you may get tired but you'll reach your goals quickly. After all, there's no gain without effort.

Another 200 for me.

It is normal to feel tired but you should not stop, definitely continue and you will see that you will feel much better after a few days. I did not realize that you can see so many changes in your body so soon, but wait for a month and continue some exercises including push ups, I hope you will see more changes in your body and your body will feel much fitter. But gradually increase the push ups, try to complete 100 in a few sets.

Even a month is enough to show progress. If you're training properly, you'll see results in a short time. Training, nutrition and sleep all work together as a whole. If one of them is missing, it's harder to get results. When you live a disciplined life, you may get tired but you'll reach your goals quickly. After all, there's no gain without effort.

Another 200 for me.

Your absolutely right with the right consistency and discipline even one month can bring noticeable change. It is true training, good nutrition and proper rest are like a team and when they all work together progress becomes smoother. It might get tiring sometimes but like you said no gain comes without effort. Keep pushin your  on the right path and your mindset is already strong.

Your absolutely right and I totally agree with everything you said. Fitness alone is not enough we really do need to be more intentional about regular check ups and paying attention to what we eat. Sometimes we overlook things until they start affecting us. It is true enjoying life is important but balance is key. Thanks for the reminder let's all try to stay mindful and take our health seriously wishing us all good health always.

Not only pay attention to what we eat alone but more on ourselves on everything we do as humans because sometimes it won't be the food but something in the body. The body has it's own way of not accepting things we do not only food, where we find ourselves have a way of getting us to the emergency room faster than we could ever imagine, let's say where we find ourselves like place of work where the air we take in, let's say a gas plant, it isn't healthy to some but we have to do it just to survive and make money (part of the hustle) and we forget to go for check ups and treatment and we feel everything is ok but is not.
Honestly, that is why we are humans but it doesn't mean we should be foolish to let some certain things to get to us deeply before we act, is hard but we have to try to act fast to avoid things getting bad all in the name of enjoyment and hustling for tomorrow.

I Had a long hectic and sleepless Night. Missed my flight and had to travel 13 hours by road and got home this morning so exhausted. Never planned for such experience but I had no spare time to reschedule.

I added 7 sets of 40, 30, and 20x5 when I got home even though I knew it was telling on me. I had my protein based meal with enough water. I can tell you that it's going to be an all sleep day for me.

What a good way to face life! Even with such Injury you still decide to get into pushups. You pushups number does not matter at this early days perhaps you're almost already permanently unfit for such exercise. We welcome you to this challenge exercise and we value every single push from you. Welcome. If you have injuries, it may be helpful to your own building yourself up but not overly stressing your injury to figure some kind of a modification so that you can attempt to get to being able to accomplish at least 10 pushups for each set and then maybe try to do 3 sets each day - perhaps spread through the day - if that is possible.
