Nowadays I start my activities earlier where usually on normal days I do challenges and daily programs sometimes in the afternoon or even in the afternoon, but for now I try to advance it before the activity starts where from the morning I start the challenge now of course with running and sit ups that I always do as usual.

There is a bit of a difference actually doing this in the morning and in the afternoon, although the challenge is the same but the difference lies in the different mood I have for the morning because after doing the Challenge and starting the activity with work there seems to be a different thing from what I feel because my mood is sometimes much better.
I don't know if it's because of the time difference in my workouts or not but since I've been doing the push up challenge and other workouts in the morning before starting work it seems like my brain digests things easier and my mood seems to be a little better.

Today I continued with 6 sets of 20 reps, 120 push-ups total as usual. I'd been mobile for a while and didn't have the chance for daily training. I hope to get back to my regular progress reports again.

Since I understand that bitcoin is not a quick-to-get-rich scheme, I have always learned to use my leftover money or discretionary income to invest in bitcoin so that if there's a dip, I will not be bothered by the volatile part of bitcoin. I know what bitcoin can do in the long run, so I am holding my bitcoin portfolio tight, and I will not allow the little drop in bitcoin to put me in the position where I will sell my bitcoin out of fear and regret in the future when bitcoin will massively increase in price.

I decided that my shoulders are not developing from my push-up (and weights) routine as much as the rest of my body so I need to step it up in that department.  I've decided to do pull-ups more frequently and see how that goes.  I only did 2 today, but will continue building on that without adding too much stress to the routine.  I've gotten my daily bike rides to about 3x as far as when I started, which is also nice.  It would seem to an outsider that I am temporarily beating Father Time.

[Wonder Work]

When the market started going up & down, everyone panicked. Sometimes the market moves on its own, leaving behind the kind of predictions we make. When we see such volatility, it seems that if BTC could have been sold at a high price and bought back at a low price, it would have been profitable. Although this is a temporary thought, Am not worried about the market volatility because it is natural to accept that market volatility will come. And we will not lose these through this volatility.

Just like my previous report but  I missed a day again(beign a rough week)... so I did 5 days instead,the 5 days were  90Pus in 3set (30,30,30) each with the  total of 450 pushups.

I had reduce on doing push-ups a bit for Ramadan but physically Am healthy and able to do them fairly well.

Yeah that's quite true, those fasting might need to reduce their pushup if they feel they can't or maybe you can try doing it early in the morning before starting fasting for the day, you can try late in the evening as well if you can else just do it early in the morning throughout your fasting  days

But everyone the more I look at the market, the more disappointed I become when I see the price of Bitcoin.

Then keep off the chart zone  .

To be honest with you if this whole weak movement of Bitcoin price since Trump became president is all his doings then he has failed as a Bitcoin lover, we were expecting things to be favorable but up till now Bitcoin price has not reach a new ATH  and ever since we saw the last ATH $110k the market movement has failed to get close to that amount but is going down, if all Trump is doing will make Bitcoin price increase later on or come back to normal that's if it's not then is ok but if not then we might be seeing Bitcoin price drop more than $70k.
