After having a dull and boring day at work, I could only make a total of 100 pushups today. There was no moral on today's activity, just glad I could carryout today's own pushup completely.

My today's pushup report

Completing 100 push-ups is great. I try hard but I can't do very many push-ups. I can do 15-20 push-ups at a time, then I get very tired and don't have the energy to do more push-ups. But I really want to do 100 push-ups someday.

I still have times in which I get really tired to do pushups, and I don't want to do them.

In the beginning, I spread my pushups through the whole day, like every 2-3 hours, and I would frequently do 5 sets.

Little by little I was able to do more pushups per set and more sets per day (for example when i started to do split sets, which is two sets every time I did a set). 

1) Self-Custody is a right.  Resist being labelled as: "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

Tonimez really kicking butt in the pushups' department.

More than 133 million pushups in a day.

I could not resist but to quote the whole pushups table to be able to capture this aberration (before DirtyKeyboard deletes it) in regards to how our total pushups and our averages of pushups per day and per member had increased too. It is like 1.2 million pushups per member.

Actually that is a very big mistake from tonimez, he meant be in a tight corner writing his post that he forget to follow the normal format by putting those comma where appropriate and the dirtykeyboard highlighted it without checking, and i know ever since i joined this push-ups thread once you make a mistake in the format of your report which is very important for us not do mistake your username will not included in the table but tonimez is very lucky because upon his mistake dirtykeyboard choose to correct him.

I was at home today. I did abs and push-ups. First I got the push-ups out of the way and completed them to 100 reps, then I did abs.
I did about 500 reps of abs movements like Russian twist, jack knife sit-up, and regular sit-up.

Very impressive brother, if not for the determination you had I don't think you would have been up to this level of giving 500. I so much appreciate this thread for keeping some of us up to speed in taking care of ourselves and we never know how healthy our organs are since the beginning of this exercise, continue pushing, like I always say be mindful of how you go about it to avoid injuries.
Thank you dude. Some of the comments I have received here on this thread are making me more stirring. Now I have decided to do everything more regularly.
I work out 6 days a week and I add 100 push-ups to each workout, I do it at the beginning as a warm-up. Today I worked on legs and abs.
Dumbell lunges, Squats, deadlifts and wall-sit are the movements in my leg program.
Someone was saying that push-ups should not be done every day, but with the method I am currently using, I am refuting his claims because I am getting good results. It can be done with the right method, it is not difficult, continuity is important.

Everyone advise based on individual interests. People who advise that pushup is not to be done daily could just be due to mental fatigue. 🤨 My sleepy head caused this😴

I had a really stressful day and had to struggle making my report which I couldn't make after morning exercise because I had to attend to something very urgent. I beg everyone's pardon for that Extremely wrong post which was not intentional. I'm just waking up to see this right now while trying to report my today's exercise.

I did 120 pushups yesterday which was supposed to make my total 13336, but I wrongly posted impossibilities, haha.

With my 5 sets of 20 added this morning, below is my report...

I was at home today. I did abs and push-ups. First I got the push-ups out of the way and completed them to 100 reps, then I did abs.
I did about 500 reps of abs movements like Russian twist, jack knife sit-up, and regular sit-up.

Very impressive brother, if not for the determination you had I don't think you would have been up to this level of giving 500. I so much appreciate this thread for keeping some of us up to speed in taking care of ourselves and we never know how healthy our organs are since the beginning of this exercise, continue pushing, like I always say be mindful of how you go about it to avoid injuries.

I work out 6 days a week and I add 100 push-ups to each workout, I do it at the beginning as a warm-up. Today I worked on legs and abs.
Dumbell lunges, Squats, deadlifts and wall-sit are the movements in my leg program.
Someone was saying that push-ups should not be done every day, but with the method I am currently using, I am refuting his claims because I am getting good results. It can be done with the right method, it is not difficult, continuity is important.

You might have already edited your earlier erroneous report, yet you keep reposting various reports, including the earlier erroneous one.  You know that it is a bad practice for members to be in the practice of reposting the pushup reports of other members, especially if the reports have known mistakes within them.

In order to remedy the reposting of the pushup reports of other members, you can get into the habit of either deleting the reports or you can edit the report of the other member(s) by changing the beginning of the report in order that the report does not get picked up by DirtyKeyboard's script through the beginning triggering characters of "100k" followed by a comma.. 

Part of the reason to NOT quote the pushup reports of other forum members is that if there happens to be a mistake in the earlier report, then the mistake will be contained to the one spot in which the member had made the report, rather than the mistake being repeated by reposting it or even various reposting it. The same is true, if a member writes a report for another member, then the report is going to get picked up by DirtyKeyboard's script, which can be problematic, especially if the report is wrong but also there is no need to have multiple reports out there, outside of members making their own reports, or figuring out how to format their pushup reports in a proper way..

This may seem related to bitcoin speculation but it is not bitcoin speculation at all. We are not speculation on bitcoin price but to know if someone can know if he or she can go up to 100 push ups before bitcoin hit six digits. This belongs to off-topic.

Due to the work load of stress of the day, I was still able to have up to 100 push up today, which I completed it
After having some stressful day, couple to domestic works I was challenged by a friend of mine based on push up, but I told him what you are challenging me for is one of my breakfast and surprised him by taking 100 push up today, which the tax of today was completed and he was surprised.

Friday oh Friday...  I got my push-ups in early today.  Still have a few more workouts to squeeze in, but that won't be a problem as I'm done with most of the things I need to do today already.  I am getting a little bit bored with the current Bitcoin price.  We need some sort of an event or price movement to shake things up a bit.  Seems like everyone in the market is just sort of waiting on the United States to start buying or relax their tax laws, but I think it may be August before that actually happens.

After having a dull and boring day at work, I could only make a total of 100 pushups today. There was no moral on today's activity, just glad I could carryout today's own pushup completely.

Completing 100 push-ups is great. I try hard but I can't do very many push-ups. I can do 15-20 push-ups at a time, then I get very tired and don't have the energy to do more push-ups. But I really want to do 100 push-ups someday.

I had same experience, so, It is a normal thing to get tired on the process, but with consistency in that 15/20 pushups, you'll see you challenging yourself to reach 25/30.

Also, your report method is lacking the date, based on how it is stated that the reports should be made.

Today's pushups report;
I made a total of 100 pushups today, on a 50 pushups in the morning and another 50 when I returned from work.

After having some stressful day, couple to domestic works I was challenged by a friend of mine based on push up, but I told him what you are challenging me for is one of my breakfast and surprised him by taking 100 push up today, which the tax of today was completed and he was surprised.
Very nice to complete 100 push-ups. But why are you not reporting? If you do push-ups every day then you should definitely report so that you can be listed. I tried today and completed 30 push-ups in two sets.

This morning I was not able to complete the standard of the push up today, when I wake up my body was not sound but I was able to push up to 70 this morning,But in conclusion I was able to complete it this evening by 42 push up that is 100 and above I have completed today push up.

I really appreciate whosoever that initiate this push up, this has been my morning training which I have been pressing up to 100 push up and above if you see me now and before there is a big difference I really appreciate that legend

Yeah today is Saturday and it was a great day to workout I rested yesterday so I didn't write a report here I said I would rest one day a week before.
I rested and followed the markets bitcoin seems to be moving up a little but it still hasn't determined its trend. Today I started my workout by doing push ups and pull ups to warm up.
100 push ups then 30 pull ups were more than enough to warm up. Then I started my shoulder workout it was a shoulder workout full of moves like dumbbell-raises, rear dumbbell fly, frog stand and handstand.

Kicking off the weekend with some push-ups.  Probably not needed with how many hours I've spent cleaning my house and yard over the last couple of days, but you gotta stick with the plan.  I will say again that I'm noticing a bit of a second major change in my body from this challenge.  I noticed the first major change around 100 days, and it appears at 400 days things start going a step further (in my old man experience).  I had become a bit complacent with my body and not seeing changes, so knowing it can still get better from here is a nice motivator.

This morning I was not able to complete the standard of the push up today, when I wake up my body was not sound but I was able to push up to 70 this morning,But in conclusion I was able to complete it this evening by 42 push up that is 100 and above I have completed today push up.

It is normal, you don't expect your body to always respond to how you want it, as we do the push up we should not forget that our body deserve some rest too especially for some of us that is new to this push up challenge. If you did 70 and you could not continue is ok but in the evening take it as a new start, from 1 and see if you could get to 100 instead of doing half in the morning and half in the night then add them up, for me I'd say you should do it straight but still observe the body before pushing it too far, like you know, Bitcoin take it one step at a time before boosting up to a higher amount and that's what we're waiting for.
