i'm having a different issue than the one mentioned above.
for me, i do get the code sent to my email, but after entering it, the website is stuck refreshing https://whale.io/?modal=verification with a blank page over and over and over.

so, i tried again today, and it seems like the team has fixed the issue. but the amount of info being asked upfront stopped me from completing my registration.
that's way too much info for me to provide just to depo $20 to try the website.

They are not asking you to enter details to pass KYC, you can enter anything which I did earlier while registering. It does not matter what you enter what they need is your email address where they can send the code to log in to the online casino. I do understand your frustration but it is once and then I do not think you will need to enter again that information. If you do not enter those details then how will you know your permanent depositing address and how will it show up on your profile? I have written earlier that I never entered anything which is related to my original identity while filling the application. So, stop worrying about me. Of course I think Liverpool we going to lift the premier league title this season. Because considering their present performance now I don't really think if any club would be able to stop them from lifting the trophy. Don't bother man. Every slight problem one has gets interpreted totally wrong by this guy. First it was at BC (where he is suddenly not commenting anymore since he is out of the campaign) and now here. I think when people encounter problems they should be allowed to voice their opinion without being attacked. Not every criticism is bad, it's actually there to improve the service of a site. Without the information of problems encountered the devs can't fix it.

I also had a problem, posted it here and was instantly attacked for no reason. On the other hand, whale support reached out to me here via PM and helped, that's how it's supposed to be. Instead of attacking people, try to understand the situation and help, that's all there is to do.
