I remember the beginning of BESTCHANGE^[1] which was similar to this and they insisted on not having a campaign manager but over time they learned how to make things work.

If you are planning a long-term campaign, I advise you:

 - Stay active and answer ANN topic questions.
 - Focus on quality more than quantity.
 - Get an attractive signature.
 - Follow up on the change in the campaign’s participant list on a monthly/two-week basis instead of weekly.

You look new here looking at signature preference not in a bad way.
It would be much better if you hire a signature designer to make you a beautiful set of signatures.

After cryptomus was recently added to bestchange monitor, i really wish to join your signature campaign. But the rates are too low compared to all similar sig campaigns. 1,5$ per post for high ranks is the lowest rate i have ever seen in this board.

If you don't like the rate then don't join, what's the point about complaining? They must have an advertising budget and with that budget they launched their campaign. I can already see many applications were dropped so far and there are a lot of interest too.
