1,5$ per post for high ranks is the lowest rate i have ever seen in this board.
In Bitvest, Legendary rank tier E is 250 satoshis/post or $0.26/post.
Everyone has the right to launch a campaign as they wish and as their possibilities allow. A signature campaign is only effective in the long run, so I guess it's important to be careful with finances. As long as they have control over the quality of the campaign and there are no accusations of non-payment, they should not immediately be put on the pole of shame.
Also, look at reality. Bitcointalk is no longer so powerful that it has to be an expensive campaign.
What kind of signature campaign are you running? This is the first time I have seen such a campaign planned by a well-run campaign. Newbies running signature campaigns must have purchased at least one copper membership. Then, the campaign will be designed beautifully and released. You are campaigning and looking at brand new conditions; is it real or fake? Is it possible that it is true? I think this might be a scam scheme.
Just imagine, each of us was once a newbie here. Doesn't everyone deserve a chance to prove themselves?
If you have a real reason that it is a scam scheme, then state it all in the scam accusation section. If you just assume that it's a scam, because the campaign is started by a newbie, that's something completely different, but you shouldn't accuse each other just based on guesswork.
