There is yet no attempt for any player to take on during the opening window, the club is taking things softly not considering where they are in every competition, if they should go past this transfer window and not take signing of new players seriously, i don't think it will get comfortable for the club owners and even the players on where they will see themselves finish the season.

Amorim needs to be selective on the kind of players he would want to build on, you can't get enough players meanwhile they are less competent to handle the designated roles in the club, filling that space is important considering a long term stay that will allow the club to regain what the community expected from them. I think the draws Manchester United secured against Liverpool in the Premier League and Arsenal in the FA Cup, was a timely reminder call for Ruben Amorim to realize the wealth of potential within the team that can be relied upon to win the Europa League trophy this season. Of course, we still need to see how Manchester United performs against mediocre clubs whether they can maintain the same performance level and secure victories, or if the opposite will happen. Usually the Turkish league doesn't pose threat to the European teams when they get to meet in competitions as this, actually for the Turkish side they may be doing well in their domestic league but back in the europa it's a completely different game and at such they may not be able to really compete or they will need to improve least they exit even at the ground stage.  Athletic Bilbao are 10 points better than Beşiktas in the UEFA Europa League standings so it's obvious that the Spanish club have been a better team than the Turkish club in the competition this season. 6 points in 6 games clearly shows that Beşiktas is have a very poor outing in the competition so I don't see them getting the better of a team that's occupying the second position of the league table as well as winning their last 5 games in the competition. Of course, Europa League is hard to predict the club that would win the league until the finals. This is why I don't waste my time to come into conclusions on the club that will be the champion this season. Clubs that you hardly put your expectations on might end up winning the league. That could indeed be very possible for Manchester United in the Europa League this season because from the way they faced strong teams like Liverpool and also Arsenal in the FA Cup yesterday, of course there has been a little progress made by Manchester United.
