I don't think that is correct as the Europa League still has some value for many clubs. I believe more in Roma in this match, where even though Roma has a not so good record when facing Porto, and this will be an away match for AS Roma, but currently Roma is slowly returning to its best form, in the domestic league they are able to make changes that make their position better.

Europa league indeed only 2nd tier competition and most of the teams usually focus to champion league because won the trophy from this competition is fantastic achievement but for manchester united as i said before i think the most realistic target if they want to playing at champion league for next season is Manchester United have to won the trophy from europa league and i know it won't be easy because they will faced strong contender for upcoming match but nothing impossible and about Manchester united transfer for next summer i am sure Amorim will be focusing to gets new strier and probably Gyökeres is the good name moreover Amorim known him because they have been together in the same team but Gyökeres is Sporting goal machine and i don't think Sporting will sell him into cheap price

Bookies still think the same. They really believe Manchester United will get to the trophy @5.25. Tottenham follow them with 5.75 odds. As for Athletic Bilbao they have 6.25 odds for that.



This was how it looked in league phase. Statistically yeah, all of these 3 clubs did good when you look at that. But how do they play for real?

Personally, I don't think Manchester City or Tottenham will  be able to win the Europa League title. We have seen the performance of both these teams in the Premier League. These two  teams are performing very irregularly. I am very annoyed by the performance of these two teams. I think any team from Serie A will win the Europa League title this year. Lazio  team performed very well in the first round. Also, looking at Athletic Club of La Liga, I think this team will make the maximum effort to win the Europa League title. Athletic Club and Lazio's performance are more stable and strong than Manchester United and Tottenham.

From what we have seen recently, we can't really see any improvement on United so far, which is why I am not sure if they will do fine. However, they are going to start at last sixteen, so they have a chance, depends on who they face and basically we are going to see them have some issues long term as well. I see it that way too, but it is still in the form of a plan and scenario. the reason is simple, Amorim always applies the same pattern even though his squad plays inconsistently. let's examine, Amorim started with a 3-4-3 pattern and until now is still using the same pattern. In a final, which is actually taking place in Bilbao, I think they would be the favorite against Manchester United and I also think that Bilbao would have at least a 50% chance if they play against each other in any of the other stages. Bilbao is tough to beat in their home stadium and they have the cleverness and the patience to get a team like Manchester United to commit mistakes during the game.
